(Cardin) ...and was loosing terribly. Jaune ran at Cardin ready to attack with his sword but was instead caught off guard when the much bigger male swung his Executioner hitting the blonde in his stomach
Ruby:"woah...a hand made heavy mace with titanium flanges...that's gotta hurt"
She said completely forgetting that her friend had just received a possible life threatening blow,Jaune got up slowly. Clutching his sword and shield in hand he found his barrings and once again attacked Cardin who simply laughed it off and swung his mace again but instead of hitting Jaune the weapon collided with his shield as Jaune went to cou territory attack however such counter was sloppy enough to be countered as Cardin simply moved around of the way and kneed him in the gut making him cough up saliva before throwing him across the ring. As the boy tried to get up Cardin was right over him ready to deliver the final blow just a buzzer went off followed by Glynda's voice
Glynda:"Cardin that's enough!"
She shouted as the boy simply shrugs and laughs turning away from the downed blonde. Glynda walked up to the boy and typed on her tablet as an image of Jaune and Cardin's aura levels are shown to the class with Jaune's aura being in the red
Glynda:"alright everyone as you can see mr.Arc's aura has been depleted to the red,in tournament style combat this would indicate that he is no longer able to fight *turns to him* as for you mr.Arc it's been weeks now please consider checking your scroll to monitor your aura levels in future battle to evaluate weather or not you should switch to a more defensive style we wouldn't you getting eaten alive now would we?"
Jaune grownrf a bit as he gave a slow thumbs up the pain hidden in his eyes were easily noticed as Pyrrha appeared at his side offering a helping hand just as the bell rang
Glynda:"well it seems that's the time we have for class today,stay sharp students and I expect your homework next class no acceptions"
