Chapter 2 - Was it really all a dream?

< Itto wakes up in his bed, shirtless.. he was panting and panicking... sweat was everywhere and he turned his head to the side of the bed, to look at you... >

Itto: "baby! baby! please wake up...!"

< Itto shook Y/N gently, trying not to surprise her. >

Y/N: "h-huh...? B-babe? I-itto? is that you, My love?"

< Itto's expression changes and he lays down on top of you and cuddles you... >

Itto: "Babe... please say this isn't a dream... is this a dream, Darling?"

Y/N: "no... it's not... why?"

Itto: "i... well... i-i don't want to seem un-masculine... i was being a baby..."

Y/N: "... Itto, My love... what happened?"

< Itto was very nervous that you wouldn't see him as such masculin man after he told you what happened in his dream... he trembled and cuddled you tighter, pushing his head into your chest... >

Itto: "i-i... Darling... will you judge me if i t-tell you...? i don't want to seem like a baby to you, i want to be able to protect you. this isn't really showing that."

Y/N: "Itto... i could never judge you because of a dream..."

< Itto felt a little better after you said that, he nuzzled his face deeper into your chest and yawned... >

Itto: "okay... i'll tell you..."

Itto: "i-i was running through inazuma, i saw you at the Nazuchi Beach. I-i... it wasn't actually you... it was you, but... you look like you got burned by something and i wasn't there to protect you... and i was crying. i felt like i wasn't enough for you because of what you stated in the dream. i feel bad for saying that.. im sorry baby... i was being restrained by something then i passed out on the beach... that's when i emerged from my nightmare..."

< Itto started to lightly sob on your chest, Y/N started to play with his hair. you started to kiss his forehead lightly, he felt loved but kept crying because of all the tension from the nightmare. soon he stopped crying and lifted his head off of your chest, left over tears still streaming down his face. he looked at you with puppy eyes. >

Itto: "this isn't very masculine either b-but... c-can we cuddle for a little while longer?"

Y/N: "of course... you can even sleep if you need to. i'll do anything for you, My love... rest now."

Itto: "mmh... okay, love. you're too sweet for me. how did i end up with such an amazing girlfriend?"

< Itto giggled and pushed his face back into your chest, his tears dried up now and he felt loved. very loved. >

Itto: "i love you, Darling... forever and ever i will keep loving you... no matter what, honey."

Y/N: "i love you more, my one and oni... come here let me give you more kisses..."

< Y/N kissed Itto's forehead and cheeks. Itto was blushing heavily and had a big smile on his face. >

Y/N: "are you flustered, darling~?"

Itto: "n-no?!? w-why would i-i be?"

< the red hue on Itto's cheeks said otherwise, he was very flustered by Y/N when she would kiss him all over the face like that. Itto pouted then look at you and kissed you on the lips a couple of times. >

Itto: "baby... you're so... pretty... inside... and out..."

Y/N: "aww babe... you're too... sweet..."

< They continued to kiss and then eventually, Itto softly spoke after pulling away from Y/N slowly. >

Itto: "Babe... c-cuddle me... p-please...?"

< Y/N's smile grew bigger as Itto looked so cute saying that, she wrapped her arms around Itto and they eventually fell back asleep. >

Y/N: "i love you, sweetheart. have good dreams this time..."

Itto: "I'll try, my love..."
