The Finale

Dipper sighed after a few moments as he became serious. Bill stopped playing with Dippers wings and rested his hands on his hips, rubbing his fingertips softly on the flesh under his shirt. "First we need to have a meeting with all the demons for three reasons. One to introduce me as your chosen queen, to kill any who might betray us in the future, and finally so that we can explain the rules of our mission to rebuild the world. We do not kill for fun. We punish the guilty and set free the innocent. They either agree or they die with the guilty. "Dipper finished as he looked deeply into Bill's eyes. Bill looked thoughtful for a few moments before he finally began asking his questions. "One. How will we figure out who are traitors or not. Two how will we tell who is guilty and who is innocent. And three what happens after we meet with the demons.

"As it is my task to rebuild the world when a living being is in my presence they cannot swear their loyalty or kneel before me unless they truly believe me to be someone they can put their faith in. All those left standing after I am declared your chosen queen will be executed on the spot they stand. When a person is born their given a star in the sky. If they commit to many evil acts their star falls from the sky and becomes nothing more than a dull rock. In order for me to judge who is innocent and who is not during the night their star lights up and their name is written on a list I receive from the Cloud Conqueror after his shift. From there I begin blessing those who are innocent. During our battle I will call upon their stars and those who have one still in the sky will shine a bright white. All others will be killed and their ashes returned to the earth. " Dipper explained as he watched Bill soak up the new knowledge like a sponge soaks up water.

Bill stood swiftly, Dipper wrapping his legs around his waist and his arms around his neck to prevent himself from being thrown to the marble floor. Bill quickly grabs his thighs as he walks out of the throne room. "Boys its time for a meeting." He calls to the demons who are rushing to keep up with their king. They cackle as they rush down the stairs of the balcony Bill brought us to. In front of it is a large open space that other demons have begun gathering in while we waited in the balcony. Bill gently set Dipper on the rail before he leaned forward to kiss him roughly, his long tongue forcing Dipper's lips apart so it can enter and play with Dipper's tongue. He hisses as his head is pulled back roughly by Bill's grip on his hair so that Bill can nibble on his neck. Dipper cries out as Bill begins biting down roughly on his shoulders and collarbones, his sharp teeth drawing blood each time he releases his hold. Dipper leans back on the railing, clinging to Bill so he doesn't fall over. He pulls Bills head to the side after his last bite so he bate down on his shoulder. He hears Bill growl lowly above him as he bites down harder. He licks his lips as he pulls away and gently nudges Bill back.

Bill steps back so Dipper can hop down from the railing and turn to face the crowd. The whole crowd is quiet after seeing the little display between Bill and Dipper. Bill steps forward to place his hands on the rail as he addresses his people." Hello my demons. For centuries I have looked for a suitable queen. I put it to the side so we could look for a way to finally be free of this horrid mind scape. Finally I have found both. My chosen queen has found a way for us to be free. I present to you Dipper Pines, My chosen one." Silence rang through out the whole area as they took in who their new queen was. Then outraged cries were heard.

Dipper stepped forward and leaned into Bills side as he gave his command. "Quiet" It was no louder than his normal voice but it carried though the whole area. It went deathly silent again as he observed the crowd. "Hello everyone. My name is Dipper Pines and I am Bill's chosen queen. Now lets get one thing straight. I don't care for you like you don't care for me. But I have a duty to fulfill and I will do so even if it means that I have to take out all those who defy me one at a time. You don't have to like me as a person but you will respect me as your queen. Am I understood." A chorus of "Yes my queen" rang out as the demons began to kneel in the square.

Only about 100 demons were left standing even as they tried to kneel. Dipper silently called upon the blade of the fallen, a blade made purely out of the essence left behind from a fallen star, a flew down from the balcony. His wings carried him swiftly throughout the whole area as his blade severed the heads of those who would try and betray him. He landed back on the balcony and kissed Bill quickly, the blood covering his body and clothes rubbing off on Bill's as the kiss went on. Then he pulled away and turned announcing to the crowd, "Tomorrow we burn the world and rebuild from its ashes." Cheers rang out in the gathering area as Bill and Dipper walked away and back to their room.
