Silence

Chapter 1

3rd pov: following Jeonghan.

"Hey! Jeonghan wanna play footvolley after school?" One of 'the guys' said. Jeonghan's friends and him would play footvollwy after school most days. But he couldn't do that today.

"Sorry i can't. I have a shift today" Jeonghan recently started a part time job down in the local grocery store as a cashire. His shifts would usually be pretty late. He didn't want to use all of his energy playing footvolley. Even though it sounded tempting. 

"You only start work in like a trillion hours. Just play with us for half an hour"  One of his friends Chan said.  The large friend group of 13 people with Jeonghan included all agreed. 

"Fine" And just like that they convinced him to play footvolley for half an hour. That half an hour quickly turned into a whole hour.  Just like he tought he would be completly tired as soon as his shift started. He should get better at rejecting his friends.

He must admit it was more tempting to play footvolley with friends than listening to beep beep beep for 4 hours.  He was the only one in his friends group that had a part time job.  Well one of his friends soonyoung, sometimes teaches this kid dance in privat. But that's not as often. 

Jeonghan's job was nearly daily. A lot of his friends didn't have jobs because their parents gave them a really good  amount  of allowence. All of them were from the good earning end of the normal class. They were close to crossing the line to be counted as rich. 

Jeonghan's parents were just the same. Well except the fact they didn't give him much in allowence because he had to earn his own money. They just wanted him to be ready for the life in the real world.  He couldn't blame them. 

Well mostly it was his mom that wanted him to be ready. His dad sometimes gave him more allowence secretly. Well it was more like money under the table to keep a secret. When Jeonghan was younger he witnessed his dad cheating on his mom.

His dad regreted it. He stopped the cheating after realizing it was wrong. He still to this day gave Jeonghan money to stay quiet. It's not like he kept quiet because of the money. It was more to keep the family in balance.

His family sometimes had their struggles. His mom was always stressed from work which she took out on Jeonghan and his dad.  He didn't want to blame her. She was a nurse with a fair share of work to deal with.

She also had a husband who didn't help much around. He made food 2 times a week but that was about how much she could expect from him. 

"I'm ho-" Jeonghan opened the door and returned home from work. A quick sigh left his lips as he heard the shouting from his parents argument. He didn't bother. He rubbed his tired eyes and plopped down on his bed in his room. 

He room had a nice touch to it. He had a lot of wood furniture which he liked. He grabbed his phone and scrolled through instagram.  He saw a picture the guys posted without him. All of the pictures were posted after he had gone to work.

He shrugged it off and went to brush his teeth. He didn't want to eat dinner today.  He would have to walk past his parents to get down to the kitchen. He wasn't in the mood for their argument. He smacked on som skin care and went to bed. 

The next day he woke up with hair just as messy as always. Combing his hair was the first thing he did every morning. He had some long lushes hair he needed to take care of. He went downstairs to eat  some cereal.

"Good morning, sweetie" His mom said as she gave him a sweet smile and a peck on the cheek. His could be very touchy from time to time when she was in a good mood.

"Jeonghan dear isn't it time to cut your hair? It's a bit long don't you think?" HIs mom despicied the thought of Jeonghan and his long hair. She wanted him to have a clean cut.

"Mom!... We already talked about this. I like it this way" He said as he poured milk onto his cereal. His mom sighed and went into the livingroom. She didn't have work today. There should be no arguments if Jeonghan's calculations are right.

He finished his breakfast and walked to school. He didn't have far to school yet he still hated the walk. He wasn't much of an exercise person. The only form of exercises he likes is footvolley, but that was mosly because of his friends.

And so the long dreadfull school day began. Jeonghan wasn't much of a school person. It's not like he did a bad job in school. His grades were pretty good. He just hated school. But who doesn't?

The hallways were filled with talking tired teenagers. Just like every morning....  One of Jeonghan's friends, Joshua came from behind and wrapped his arm around Jeonghan's shoulder.

"You look tired"

"What did you expect. It's morning"  The two of them walked to class together. Somehow Joshua was pretty awake even though it was morning. Jeonghan clearly wasn't. He always had trouble with sleep.

He was a light sleeper. His parents argumen kept him awake for a while. He had always been rather sensitive to noise when trying to sleep. It was rather annoying. Especially when the neigbors dog decided to start barking at 3 am.

After all of their classes, school ended. All of the guys met up outside of the school gate. There was only one person mission. Wonwoo came running over to them.

"My teacher wouldn't let us go" He excused.

"You got mrs Kang?" Mingyu asked

"Yeah" He earned a oh filled with empathy from all of the guys. She was know to be the most horrible teacher. Jeonghan was stuck with her for homerooom last year. Partly one of the reason for his hate towards school.

"Anyways are we all ready to play some footvolley?"  They all headed to the local park. Jeonghan didn't have work today, so he didn't have to leave early.

They played for a couple hours. One of the guys kicked to the ball. The ball went further than expected and far out of the pitch. So far that it accidently hit a girl making her drop something.

All of the guys just looked at each other with a surprised face. The girl didn't look back to see them. She just qickly walked away.

"Sorry!!" A couple of them yelled.

"She was a bit weird wasn't she?" Minghao asked as he tried to see her from the pitch but she was long gone.

"Yeah a bit"

I have really been craving to write a seventeen fanfic so here it is.

I have been trying to discribe a bit more than i usually do. I'm not that good at it but i'm trying!! So i hope it was okay.
