Halsin led you and the group to the castle. The path was very long, but it was a nice peaceful walk, not many enemies on the way.

The castle was quite a sight to look at, but it was kinda gloomy and dark, but what a place to live in

Astarion still by your side he would look at you now and then, he would always walk sloght ahead of you making sure in you need a hand now and then.

"Right! Now there are no guards, so I think this castle is pretty empty, " Halsin said, stopping outside the big doors and turning to look at the rest of the group.

"Well, we should still keep our guard up. We don't know what could be hiding in such a big place." Shadowheart said with her arms crossed.

"Yeahhh, what she said," Karlach said with a wide grin, looking down at Shadowheart. They looked at and shared a smile between them.

You look at them smile, I wish I had something like that you thought to yourself.

You felt someone next to you, you look to your left Astarion.

"Well, it looks like they are hitting it off, don't you think?" Astarion whispered in you ear a smile on his face.

You look at his handsome face and just nod.

"Well then, everyone, let's have a look. I never know, and we might get some goods and a place to stay tonight." Halsin said with a wide smile on his face, now turning to push one the heavy metal doors.

You were all met by a beautiful big staircase, the floor decorated with black, gold, and white marble.

A golden chandelier with white candles already light. That's odd. Should they be light?

Your body felt strong here. Your magic, crucially your body with excitement, it oddly felt like home. A smile on your face.

You look around. Everyone just looked around in awe, walking towards the staircase. No one had the same response to this place, then u did.

You felt hard eyes looking at you, you turn to look behind you there stood your brother hands crossed looking at you with an unsure look in his eyes.

It was almost scared, like he knew exactly what you were feeling, and it scared him.

You couldn't help but smile.

Everyone, including yourself, walked up the stairs. You wobble a little when you got to the top. You felt someone grab your arm, stopping you from slipping you look to see who it was. Astarion with that usual cock smirk.

"Thank you" You say quickly so only Astarion could hear, he nodded and whispered back, "your very welcome darling".

You nod and start to walk into the middle of the room a low rumble is heard it even made the whole castle shake.

Everyone let out gasps of surprise, "QUICK EVERYONE IN THE MIDDLE" Wyll shouted, everyone ran to stood in the middle Gales back up against yours Astarion standing infront off you.

You roll your eyes, uh men. Flattered but I can look after myself.

The rumble stopped everything suddenly calm  then it happened.

That pain returned you fell to your knees in pain and let out a little yep of pain, "Oh no not now please not now" Gale said turning to face you kneeling down next to you Astarion doing the same on your other side.

The darkness left you and formed a dark mass infront of your a squeal of laughter coming from it everyone took a few steps away from you leaving you on the ground.

Your body felt tired and weak sweat covered your face lightly.

"What are you?" You questioned in a weak voice looking at the dark mass.

It giggled some more before answering you, "I am you, well a piece of you" it said, it definitely did not sound like you.

You. A piece of you.

The mass turned into a tall woman with black hair and dark eyes, she looked like pure evil.

Everyone got out there weapons and pointed them at her, "What do you want?!" Shouted Karlach.

The woman looked at her, "I want her to know the truth, so she can use her full potential!" She shouted pointing at me on the ground.

The truth. You looked behind you to look at Gale his eyes full of worry while yours were filled with anger and confusion.

♤. Who and what is this stranger? Will Gale tell you the truth or will she show you it.
