Draco refusing to participate in the boggart class with Lupin in third year.
He said it was ridiculous so he didn't want to take part of the class.
I think that Lupin was suspicious about Draco's refusal and called him back in after class.
The real reason Draco didn't want to participate was because Lucius Malfoy stepped out of the cupboard.
