Didn't Expect (professor x student)

Mary's POV
"Ate hindi kaba makakauwi ngayon, hi-hindi okay si Mama"

I received a call this morning, at eto ang bumungad sakin

"Asan si mama ngayon?"

"Ate dinala namin siya sa hospital"

"Anong sabi sainyo ng doctor?" I try to stay calm.

"Kailangan daw maoperahan si Mama, hindi kami makapag decide sina Papa at Kuya ang mahal ng operation.."

"I pa process mo na lahat ang kailangan gawin kay mama...a-ako ng bahala sa kulang"

"Hindi kaba makakauwi anak?nalaman ko bakasyon niyo ngayon?" Tanong ni Papa.

"Pa..yu-yung pamasahe na ibabayad ko papunta diyan..ipapadala ko na lamang pambayad sa operation ni mama"

"Ate balitaan nalang ulit kita ha"

"Oo sige na" and I ended the call.

We have a 1 month vacation after first semester.

"Happy 1st monthsary love!" Pagpasok ni Austin dito sa bahay ko na may dalang bulaklak at regalo.

I forgot to buy a gift for her...

I immediately hugged her and says "Happy 1st monthsary love, mahal na mahal kita"

Austin's POV
It was our first monthsary as a couple so i gave her a bouquet of flowers and also a gift it was necklace.

I saw her face right now and looks like she's not okay.

I sit down next to her, and asked
"Love?okay ka lang ba?"

Tumingin naman ito sakin and her eyes looks tired and wanted to cry.

"Love.." she's crying?

She explained everything to me,kung bakit siya hindi okay.

I wasn't expecting na ganto ang situation niya right now.

"La union ba? sasamahan kita pumunta" for her I'll drive kahit gano pa kalayo.

"Ang layo noon.."

"So what? you can visit your family" i was planning also to visit my Family at London, but then suddenly this happened mas kailangan munang unahin itong situation ni Mary.

"But-" I cutted her off

"No buts Ry, can you check right now if ever may flight Manila to San Fernando?" I asked her and i was hoping na meron

Few minutes has been passed
"Wa-walang available"she sadly says.

"It's fine, we will use my car" It's gonna be a long drive for me.
