As I walked down the halls all I saw were people talking... whispering to each other. Others showing something to their friends on their phone
'odd' I thought and kept making my way to the cafeteria
"Artemis!" Sapphire called out, I saw them waving their arms
I smiled and walked over. I sat next to Shino and Rikku
"Hey... what's going on?" I asked
"What do you mean?" Asked Kiyo
"Well everyone has been talking to each other well whispering and stuff" I say
"You haven't heard?" Blake butted in
"Heard about what?" I asked
"There is going to be an assembly in a few days" says Shino
"Mhm" says Rikku "something to do with use being monster hunters"
"Aka what we are getting into I guess" says Kiyo
"But you all already know that?" I say confused
"Yeah we know what we are heading out for, I guess it's clarifying in more due to use being in the middle of the year and all" sayd Sapphire
"I guess it makes sense" I say
"I think it's stupid, everyone knows what they signed up for, I've seen it" says Blake
'right both of her parents are hunters' I sigh
"That's why it's big talk" says Shino "assemblies are big talks due to them being boring"
"Ah-" I take note of it 'I have only been to two of them....and they were boring
"Yeah but that's about all" says Rikku
"Well thanks for filling me in" I say
"Eh, its not a problem" says Kiyo
Sapphire checked their phone "I have training today"
"Well that's sure to be fun" said Rikku
"Yeah, I kinda forgot.... I don't have my training uniform" they admitted
"It's that just a T-shirt and shorts?" Asked Shino
"Yeah, but I liked being on a strike of always wearing it" they say
"I think our training is tomorrow" I say
"Yeah it is" says Shino
"Well I don't know about you but I'm getting bored sitting around" Sapphire gets up from their seat "anyone want to go on a walk with me?"
"Uh- sure" I say and get up
"I'll tag along" says Rikku
"I think I'm gonna go back to the dorm" says Kiyo
"I planned on going to the library" says Blake
"What about you?" I asked Shino
"I'm gonna be hanging out with David" he says
"Alright, well see ya" I say and follow both Rikku and Sapphire
I turned for a sec to see Shino waving so I waved back
"Ooooo~" says Rikku
I sighed and rolled my eyes at her, and Sapphire was confused by it but didn't fully care
The three of us went on a walk around the school just chatting
