As i slowly waddled to the hospital rubbing my swollen belly wishing I had called a cab,l suddenly felt shivers run down my spine as i someone was following me. When in front of me appered a extremely pale woman with raven black hair in tight biker clothes.

 She looked normal if i wasn't for her bright red eyes that had me backing up covering my belly with my arms. I hear a deep growl from behind the woman making her let out a furious hiss like a cornered animal.

Out of the shadows a huge pure black wolf with one white paw creep out growling darkly at the equally furious woman who must have realized she was not going to escape. Then her eyes brighten and she lunged forward biting me as fell backwards.

 I could feel to two small pricks of pain as she quickly ran away leaving me bleeding near the wolf who feared was o finish me off. Then i felt this weird disturbance as i lay there looking at the milky way thinking of how i would near see my children grow up when a head leaned over me expecting a wolf was instead a dark skinned man speaking urgently into a phone bent down scoping me up into his arms with a placed against my bleeding neck.

I heard a deep voice mumble "don't worry I got you." Before running towards the hospital down the street from us i can't help think how far it had seemed before. As i we burst into the waiting room my knight in shining armor placed me a rolling bed that two nurses and a doctor quickly began moving me to the delivery room because the contractions had begun as the hallway became darker. The doctor questioned me about me and my swollen belly."Jenna is my name "i answered "my babies Faelen and Eliza plee..ase save them." Then everything went dark....

Pov Dr.Miles

As soon as I saw Jenna's eyes close i knew we were in for trouble with the twins coming and the wound on her neck the nurses and quickly wheeled her into a empty surgery room and began hooking her to the machines."Nurse Pierre call in doctors Bell and Banks plus Nurses Wilson and Burke for emergency surgery in room 907 with twins and a mother unresponsive now." I turned rushing into the cleaning room leaving Nurse Black to finish preparing her as i opened the door i could a ready see everyone cleaning their arms i couldn't help but smile at how fast they get to their duties.

Finished cleaning and ready we walked in moving to our stations we began by stabilizing Jenna before i began working on her neck Doctor Bell had began the c-section while the nurses stood at ready handing tools.

 I couldn't help but think of what Nigel told me on phone because it may prove fatal to all their lifes but it was best to return to her neck. A hour and twenty minutes later we wheeled Jenna into the recovery room and the unwitting knowing twins into the infant room.

A relived breath escaped thankful for the fact they had all made it out ok. I speed walked to Nigel who leaned against the wall in the hallway with worry in his eyes when he spotted me to the deliver the good new. "Nigel all three of them are ok" I answered to his unspoken question and then worried look in his eyes were replaced with happiness "Now we just have to track down that vampire who caused this to happen in the first place."

Nigel responded buy now we had stopped by the nursery i looked in spotting the new born twins to Nigel who was just a sucker for them."Nigel do you mind checking up on Jenna while i finish some work." I questioned with a nod we both went on our ways but still on mind was how those two babies looked nothing alike.....
