Frank is a schizophrenic teenager in the 60's that is transfered to Clifton Mental hospital for teenagers when his old hospital gets shut down. While he's there for a while, he gets a new room mate. His room mate's name is Gerard. He's there for drug, and alcohol abuse.
They become good friends, but when Frank becomes suicidal, Gerard reacts in a way he has never acted before.
