after washing out yeonjun's hair and drooling over him, he had to go back home. he probably hadn't been home since the confession, and he was missing his mom's food.

he hugged yeonjun, "i'll miss you, love. see you at school.." yeonjun held him, bringing beomgyu's head to his chest.

"you're only going home, and you'll see me tomorrow anyway." yeonjun chuckled and kissed his forehead, "call me when you get home?"

beomgyu hummed, not wanting to let go of yeonjun. he wrapped his arms around yeonjun's torso even tighter and buried his face in his chest.

"babe, you can come over whenever, y'know? it's not like you'll never see me again" yeonjun ruffled his hair, kissing him once more.

"you're right. i love you, and i'll see you tomorrow?" beomgyu looked up to yeonjun expectantly.

"that's not a question, because i WILL be seeing you tomorrow. i love you too, make it home safe, m'kay?" yeonjun kissed beomgyu one last time, feeling beomgyu smile into the kiss.

he finally let go of the older, blowing him a kiss and walking out the door. mind you, they did this all in the living room.

"you guys are really close friends, huh?" his mom chuckled as she came out of the hallway to make herself a cup of coffee.

"m-mom?" yeonjun cleared his throat nervously.

"mhm, that's me" she boiled water and leaned against the counter.

"did you hear anything?" he fidgeted with the hems of his shirt.

"why're you so nervous, jun? i've been raising you for eighteen years. don't you think i would've caught on by now?" she tilted her head.

"..what do you mean?" he obliviously asked.

"he's the 'friend' you always went to late at night for a project, isn't he? it was quite obvious you liked him" she started up the coffee machine.

"yes.. but- how.. how was it obvious?" yeonjun tensed up, not sure if his mom was accepting of him or not.

"well, to begin, you spent the night at his house, which you never do. you always stay there for more than three hours for a project, which is unlikely of you. and you didn't even try to argue when i invited him to stay overnight" she told yeonjun all the signs he showed.

"i guess it was weird of me to sleep over at someone's house all of a sudden.." yeonjun looked down to his feet.

"honey, please. why're you so tense? you know that i do support you, right?" she came over and pat his cheek, "you're still the same old boy i've been raising for eighteen years."

for some reason, the few words made him sniffle slightly.

"mom.." he frowned, the words making him feel touched. too touched.

well, while that was what was going on in yeonjun's house. what about beomgyu's?

beomgyu sat there, staring at the wall blankly. he wondered how he was able to forgive yeonjun so fast? he'd even broken the rule he made for himself.

never ever forgive yeonjun and keep the grudge against him.

he sighed. yeonjun has caused him some pain, but was his past stopping him from having a happy relationship? the past from a month ago? maybe.. not.

he'd only left yeonjun's house thirty minutes ago, but he was already starting to miss him. he turned around and took a deep breath. then, he screamed into his pillow with all his might.
