The two partially tipsy men sat on the couch in silence, only sound was from the movie playing on television and the speeding of cars out the open window. Raymond repeated silent prayers to himself as Falcon sat with his hands between his thighs to keep warm.
"So er..." Raymond began. "...how long have you been living here in town?" There was a moment of silence before falcon replied quietly; "about two months.." Raymond smiled warmly, "well, that's not very long! Where were you before then?" Another minute of silence. "Uh.. I lived on the outskirts of town with.. you know." He said. His voice rather quiet and sad. "Oh, right. Sorry-" Raymond stammered, clenching his teeth. "What about you Ray?" Falcon asked. "I've lived here for.. 25 years? I was raised in Brooklyn! But moved here when I was a teen." "How old are you?" Falcon asked again. "Uh.. how old are you.." "41." Raymond gave a sigh of relief, "thank God. Ah, I'm 44" he said, leaning back against the couch. "Why were you so worried? I don't look underage." "Well I know, I just. Don't like big age differences," Falcon nodded. "That's fair enough." Falcon leaned back too, tilting his head so it was on Raymond's shoulder. Raymond gave a small smile, closing his eyes. "This might be a dumb question but, why are you.. still in the cult?.. your so.. nice...?"
"I wouldn't say.. nice.. I gave you quite the scare earlier."
"Oh, it was just so full on, I mean, I've met plenty of filthy people. They tell me all the things they've done. Honestly, being in a cult isn't as bad as some other things I've heard."
"What are you? A therapist? Lawyer?"
"Nothing of the sort..."
"Not a cop are you..."
"No no! It's er.. uh. I mean I'm suprised you didn't guess earlier with my necklace, I'm a preist."
"Oh.. Oh that makes.. sense- if your a vicar why were you at a bar? And- why are you hooking up with someone? Aren't those sins? Also isn't being gay against your stupid religion."
"Er- my religion isn't stupid.. and, I guess I suck at my job?" Raymond muttered, a bit offended by falcons comment on his religion, but decided not to take it to heart.
"Sorry.. and.. pff.. I guess you do. A very unholy preist." Falcons words came our smooth, seemingly calmed down from the earlier scrap.
"I su-supose so," Raymond stuttered, wriggling in his seat. "Say, I'm rather tired. Er, do you think we can continue talking in the morning? I also have a fucking painful headache." He complained.
"Yeah of course, would you like to sleep in my bed? You don't have to sleep with me, I can sleep on the couch." Falcon asked, giving a soft smile.
"Er, it's fine.. we can both sleep in the same bed. I mean we intended on hooking up in the first place so we would've slept in the same bed anyways if tonight went straight." Raymond chuckled, moving from his spot and standing up, shuffling around the couch and heading to the bedroom. Falcon followed behind him.
"Ah, I sleep without a shirt are you comfortable with that?" Falcon asked, taking a seat on his double bed. "Yes I'm comfortable, who sleeps with shirts on? They're crazy." Raymond waltzed himself around the other side of the bed and started undoing his shirt, taking it off and setting it down on the dutchess. Falcon nodded his head, "true that." He then removed his shirt aswell, chucking it onto the floor. He couldn't help but give a quick glance at Raymond's body, a nice chubby man. Falcon smiled awkwardly at him when he noticed Raymond was paying him some attention. "Ah, like what you see?" Raymond teased, giving a soft smile. Falcons faced flushed bright red and he gave a flustered stammer. "Oh calm down, only Teasing you." Raymond chuckled and crawled onto the bed, laying down.
Falcon looked down at himself, looking at his own body. He was thin but had some muscle to him. He wondered if Raymond was into that or not. "Y-Yeah- sorry- men-" he stammered, giving up on words as he slithered into bed next to Raymond.
Raymond chuckled. "Men indeed." That felt extra funny to Raymond, unsure why. Such an odd sense of humor. "Would you, like go cuddle? Apologies if I'm going to fast with physical affection. I like to hug things when I sleep.." He admitted, looking over to Falcon. "Im uh.. not overly good at cuddling- I never really cuddled my wife.. but feel free too if you want." Falcon whispered. Raymond turned his body around and slid his hand over Falcons stomach, intending to just put his arm around him but his hand kinda hovered over his abdomen a bit. "Oh..! Your quite muscular!" Raymond said surprised, looking up at him. "I thought you were just a skinny twink" he said, no hesitation. Falcon smiled awkwardly, "what's a twink?" Raymond went quiet. "You,, aren't very involved in the gay community are you?" He chuckled. "Not.. particularly... yknow being isolated in a camp for my whole life." He said, his tone going serious. Raymond froze, feeling a sense of guilt washed over him. "Oh dear- Hah.. hah.. how many times have I fucked up tonight!" He blabbered, "s-sorry-" Falcon let out a giggle. "I'm only messing with you, don't worry. You didn't upset me." "O-oH- you frightened me.." Ray said, stumbling on his words. "Relaxx.. you'd be able to tell if I was upset." Falcon assured, moving his body to face Raymond.
Raymond slowly nodded his head, finally moving his hands around falcons waist, pulling him in to cuddle. Falcon smiled and wrapped his arms around Raymond in return. Words couldn't describe how he felt around Raymond, I mean sure he only just met him but.. something about him was so different. He was so comforting.. his words, his face, something.. just something. Falcon wanted to spend forever with him. Almost to an obsessive level. A few moments later falcon heard a quiet snore. Raymond went to sleep rather quickly, unfortunately falcon was now left awake with his thoughts. He simply thought to himself about how stupid he was to actually talk about his situation. Talking to anyone about it is bad, let alone someone you just met. Falcon started to regret his decision. Alot. But eventually, falcon drifted off to sleep too.
