Red's Proposal

Chapter 1: Arrival in Kalos by Plane

The sun rose over the region of Kalos as airplanes were coming and going from the Kalos airport. All he can hear is the humming of the plane as it starts to make its slow descent into the airport. Next to him, all he could feel was the hand of his girlfriend, so soft and dainty. She held his hand tight as the plane made its way to the landing.

"We're almost here, Leaf." said Red."You can loosen your grip."
"Oh," She said, smiling. "Sorry if I was holding on to you too tight."
"No, it's ok, Leaf, you were nervous about flying." He said."You could never hold my hand too tight."
He let out a small chuckle, and she smiled.
"Oh, Red." She said,'I love you so much."
"Me too, Leaf." He replied
They leaned in for a small but passionate kiss when suddenly they heard someone behind them.
"Just get a room, you two." said the voice jokingly and smugly. Red turns around and sees the person who made the remark.
"Oh, I kinda forgot you were here, Blue." said Red sheepishly.
"No problem, Red." replied Blue. "Seems like I did my job well if you didn't notice me."
"What business do you have here in Kalos?" asked Leaf. "If you don't mind me asking?"
"Gramps wanted me to go hand some Pokémon research to the professor of the region, Professor Sycamore." replied Blue. "He also wanted me to give him these 3 Poke-balls that contain Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle."
"That's so cool." said Red.
Red was looking at the pokeball that held Charmander, He began to reminisce about his own Pokémon journey.
Leaf broke the silence by asking Blue more questions.
"Also, Where's Erika, Blue?" asked Leaf.
"She said that she'll make her way here, possibly the next day. She said that the Gym Leaders had a meeting with the Elite Four. She should be here along with Brock and Misty." said Blue.
"Oh, Ok, that's good to hear." said Leaf.
"Ethan told me that he and Lyra, along with Silver, Kris, Brendan, May, Lucas, and Dawn, will be here shortly." said Red. "They caught the flight right after us."
"Is your cousin coming as well, Red?" asked Leaf.
"Yeah, Ash will be coming as well." said Red. "Isn't Gary also coming, Blue?"
"Oh, he'll be here." said Blue. "He better be here."
Leaf was so happy that all their friends were showing up to spend vacation with and have a relaxing good time. She began to grip Red's hand just slightly from the excitement, and he took notice.
Red looked at Leaf and began to smile thinking about his plan involving Leaf and why they decided to vacation in Kalos. Red slightly unzipped his pack, and inside of it was a box. He knew for sure that he was going through with his plan. Everyone was in on the plan, from Blue to Dawn. They knew what Red had in store.

"Flight attendants, prepare for landing, please." "Cabin crew, please take your seats for landing."

"Are you ready, Leaf?" asked Red.
Leaf nodded and snuggled closely to Red, causing him to blush.
"I know I already said this, but I love you, Red." said Leaf.
"Me too, Leaf." said Red.
A hand reaches over to his shoulder, and Blue responds mockingly. "I love you too, Red."
Red looks at him and smiles smugly at him.
"You never change, Blue." said Red, smugly.
Red, Blue, and Leaf all got ready and sat in their seats, ready for the landing at the airport. Leaf gripped Red's hand just a bit more tighter once the plane started to make its descent.
