What's going on?

Well by now life has gotten easier for the family. Catness has now grown up it was now her first day of high school she was preparing inher room in a rush, "hey mom where have you put my phone I'm gonna be late." Alexandra who was in the kitchen said, "It's in the living room and your dad's waiting for you." Catness came out of her room and entered in the living room were James was waiting for her. Catness took her phone that was on the table and put it in her pocket and went closer to her father, "Hi dad."James looked at Catness and smiled at her while saying, "I'm proud of you. Be good okay?. Is June coming to pick you up?" Catness nodded her head meaning yes. Soon they said goodbye to each other and Catness left. After reaching the main road she saw June in her car. " June you're hear." June told Catness to get in and the soon left .
After arriving at school the got of the car and faced each other.

June put her hand in her pocket and removed two charm bracelets, both with half hearts one one half was the letter C and the other half had a J. June took one bracelet the one with J and put it around Catness' wrist and said, " Made them myself, for us they state CJ." Catness hugged June thanked and they entered inside.

Thy were passing through the main hallway heading to the principal's office. On the way many people were staring at them. They got to the principal and got their schedules, they were also shown their lockers that were next to each other. They were now standing next to their lockers while reading their schedules.

'

What does your schedule state right now Catness?'
'Ummmm..... I have biology and you?'

' I have history, so see you later'
' ok byee.'

Catness entered in class where most of the students started staring at her. Catness found an empty seat at the back of the class, so Catness went to sit. Soon their teacher entered and started speaking, " Well class, we have a guest in class, her name is Catness, and Catness my name is Mr. Scott. Further introduction will be during reassess. Now open your book to page 84." 
Soon Mr. Scott ordered them to close their books and started distributing trays that had toads on them. They were arranged in pairs to slice the toad. Next to Catness was a boy that overheared her saying, " ahh! This frog is disgusting." The boy turned to Catness and said, " that's actually a toad, not a frog. I'm Brandson by the way you, must be Catness."

atness looked at Brandson, " yah, I am."

Later that day during lunch break Catness and June were sitting in the table found at the corner of the cafeteria. Soon after they were done with their lunch they went to their lockers. June was staring at Catness and said, "Who did you meet? I know that look on your face." " What are you talking about? I haven't met anyone."
June was curiously looking at Catness until she heared a voice behind her saying in surprise, " June!! Is it really you?"
June looked behind her and saw a boy with blonde hair, a bit taller than her and green eyes.
" Eugene!! Wow you have grown a lot."
Catness looked at him,"wow, we haven't seen each other since middle school. How did things go after leaving?"
Eugene looked at Catness, " Wow Catness, I see you two are still together." June looked at Eugene one more time as if she thought she was dreaming, " Hey we were a group of three, and now we are back together" June held Eugene's hand and also held Catness' hand, " this is the bond we share our everlasting friendship." Just then the bell was heared ringing.
June laughed and went of chemistry class and Eugene also left after saying good bye.

Catness had a free lesson then so she went to the school park. She was alone and walking around, accidentally she tripped over and sprang her ankle, it kinda hurt so she sat on the grass and started scrubbing her ankle with her hands. Surprisingly blue light started moving from her hands, she kept on moving her hands around her sprang ankle. Soon the light stopped she was left astonished since nothing like that had ever happened .
Catness stood up wanting to go inside, but she realised that her ankle was completely fine without a scratch as if she never sprang it .

Catness entered inside and the bell rang so people were coming out of class. Catness began to find June. She soon saw June at a distance, once she wanted to go and tell her what had happened a thought came, she started thinking, what if June won't believe her.
Lost in thoughts someone from behind touched her at the shoulder, Catness turned back and met with Brandson.

"What are you thinking about?"
"No it's nothing at all, you are Brandon right?"
"Yah, I was wondering if...."
"I'm listening."
"I think that we should be friends."
"-smiles at Brandson - if you want that you should prove yourself."
" How?"
"- while leaving - you'll know when the time comes."

Catness went over to June, but by then she had already forgotten what had happened at the park.

June then went to drop Catness of and went away. Catness had walked up to the front door, when she was about to enter, she started hearing James and Alexandra talking inside. She was hearing them clearly although they were actually whispering to each other. Catness was very confused and didn't know what was going on with herself.

Just then she started hearing a lot of things around her, she heared them very clearly that it started becoming noise for her and her ears started paining intensively. She started covering her ears and screamed due to pain. She soon fellon the floor, just then her parents came out, Catness was still screaming and covering her ears tightly with her hands.
Alexandra and James carried Catness inside and put her on the bed in her room. Catness was now heavily sweating and still felt pain, infact the pain had been increasing. James looked at Alexandra with pitiful eyes, " what do we do now." Alexandra went closer to Catness, and forcely removed one of catness' hand from her ear, this made Catness scream more since the sounds sounded more louder. Alexandra then quickly stood up and went out.
Alexandra went in the kitchen and took two pieces of clothes and soaked them in hot water and then took them back to the room.
She then placed each cloth on one ear. Soon Catness started calming down, they kept watch of her and kept pampering her until she finally fell asleep.

During night James and Alexandra were discussing in their room.

" Alexandra, what we feared all this time is now happening."
" I don't care what people think of euphorians I just want Catness to be safe."
"Sshh, don't say that word, there are spies and we don't wanna cause trouble."
"All I want to know is that, will Catness be safe?"
"We can't guarantee that, but we'll try our best to keep her safe."
" Ok. Cause no one knows what's going on."
Soon they all slept thinking of the safety of Catness.
