The big bet.

The following day, Catness woke up well, she took a shower, wore her clothes and went in the living room. She met with James sitting there.

"Hi dad, are you fine?"
" That question was meant for you. So are you fine today my dear."
"I am perfectly fine, where is mom?"
"She's asleep, she was worried sick of you yesterday, what did happen?"
"I don't understand dad weird things keep happening to me."
"Don't worry, just keep a low key ok? So you're of to school."
"Yes, and dad please don't go to the market for work today."
" Why?"
" I just have a bad feeling, so don't go please."
" Ok I won't, now go you don't wanna be late now do you?"

Catness hugged James and went out. Catness had gone to school on foot. Once she arrived she started finding June. While passing by a class she heared some voices. She recognized June's voice and some else she had never heared before. It clearly sounded that whoever was talking to June was teasing her about her dead mother.
Catness quickly entered the class only to find June in the middle of the class surrounded by a bunch of girls who looked arrogant. June had tears rolling down her cheeks.

Catness passed through the girls and went to June rubbing her tears.
"-facing the girls - What do you think you're doing, huh! "

One girl who appeared to be there leader stepped up and stared at Catness while chewing her bubblegum.

"You must be the new girl, is this your motherless pet?"
"Watch your tongue girly, I'm not to be messed with, her me is June and mine is Catness.
" You think you have the strength to stand against the pops ."
" No, I know I have strength to stand against idiots. Now leave."
"We aren't done yet."

Catness looked at the girl with daring angry looking eyes and ones she spoke, multiple voices were heared.
" I said LEAVE!!!!"
The girl -named Sam- and the rest got scared after hearing multiple voices and all ran away.

Catness surprised by her voice turns around to June.

" Did they hurt you?"
" No they didn't, and thanks for having my back."
" That's what friends are for. You should go to class the bell is about to ring."
" And you?"
" I am free for now, so I will be in the basketball court. Byee."

Catness left. While June was heading to her class, she camee across Brandson.

" Sorry, um....you must be june, nice to meet you."
" And you must be Brandson, Catness mentioned you couple of times."
"- excitedly- really?"
" No, I was only messing with you. So is there something you want to tell me?"
"Yah, how do I prove myself to be catness'friend?"
"Catness is very selective, especially when it comes to boys, so I don't know. But you can ask Eugene."
"Ok, thanks and bye."
So Brandson left and June went to class.

Catness was at the indoor basketball court. She was all alone so she took a ball and started dribbling it, she started slow but as time went on her speed increased, it kept on increasing to the speed that no one has ever seen. She was then unable to control her speed so she soon fell on the floor.
Once she looked Infront, she saw a boy who streached his had to pick her up. Catness grabbed his hand and stood up.

"Who are you?"
"All those years Catness you didn't recognize me, and so today you see me."
"Seriously, I don't know who you are."
" Obviously the lower ones don't recognize the higher ones, or do they."
"Oh really, you actually know nothing besides my name."
" Is that what you believe? Let me recall. You befriended June when you were seven, you never got bullied in middle school, infact the bullies were afraid of you, you were born on the blue moon and picky about your friends. Now do you need anything else?"
