Key light (Hyunjin x Y/N)

~Prologue

You wanted to travel, he took you to places you couldn't imagine.

it's a new day, meaning a new whole week to start. y/n didn't necessarily feel like jumping since she just woke up knowing that she had been out of coffee since last week and she was tight on money. That means NO local coffee shop to get one from either.

regardless of that last night y/n did get a call from a friend who heard from another person at the office that she might get a promotion, so that is some good news! 

A few hours passed and y/n did her makeup and put on a cute fit after a nice shower.

"God! This bus is so mf slow!" You look down at the phone in your hand.
"Fuck this shit!!" Y/n stands up to push the red button to get off, but as the bus stops at a halt y/n trips and her phone falls to the ground sliding to the front.
"Shit, shit shit shit." She quickly gets on her feet to grab it until she sees someone walk in and step on it crushing the screen.

Y/n stunned by what happened quickly gets up again to look at the face of who did it, as the bus moves again and she tries to stay grounded

"Could you not look where u were walking! that was my phone u ass" she gets pissed and shoves the person
"You shouldn't be placing ur phone on the ground" they scoff  "It's your own problem"

they move her aside to find a seat

Y/n is pissed and sighs deeply as she holds on to the pole in the bus until the next stop

(at work you finally arrived after stepping off the bus and using the public bicycle)

"Y/n Mr.Dekker wants to see you in his office!" The secretary who is always snarky says as she passes looking annoyed and tired

She looks up from her little table and fixes her glasses "Okay I will come in after I post this last feed for the new Coffee Account. (called point hang)
"Sure, but make it quick! he requested you for right now!" She quickly goes by other tables to check in

y/n leaves for the office and takes a deep breath "Well maybe it is about the promotion!" 

"Ah Y/n! Sit down" he points his whole arm to the chair in front of his desk
She sits down anxiously
"Listen y/n" he touches his hand and moves it around as IF HE'S ANXIOUS! TO GIVE ME! BAD NEWS!
"Just give me the bad news straight away Mr.Dekker! I've heard rumors all week, So please, Just like the devil always says" "Just rip the band-aid!"

"Oh well, actually I was going to give good news, unless you find it bad! but I can promise you, it is gonna be a step up from your current cubicle and small table!" he chuckles

"You've been delivering great status reports! and our accounts held by you have been growing rapidly! By now you probably heard about the promotion, I mean u have been bending over backward for this company!" he laughs nasty 

After last year's scandal of a rumor y/n has been feeling iffy about most of her co-workers and mostly her boss since he was the one that started it according to his last secretary that got fired for NOT SLEEPING with him!

Y/n laughs it off and gives a smile "You're right I have been! I'm really serious about my job! i actually have some great ideas."

he laughs "Well save those for your new project! you're going to hold our biggest account yet! To be frank multiple!"

she blinks a few times. Multiple? how I already hold 7 I can't manage more!
he laughs "ur gonna drop the accounts here and work at another company for this! but you will still get your fair share of pay here and still work under this assigned company!" 

"WAIT! ur not sending me to the Scooters right? You know they are our enemies! I did not think you'd want to help them!" 

he scoffs No of course not! you're gonna work with JYP Entertainment! They are our new client!! 
You blink your eyes again in shock "JYP Entertainment, so we will go to Korea every six months or some to shoot promotions or how?"

"Oh no! You're going to Korea! they want you full-time, well they want me full-time! but I chose you for the job, You've proven to me in those 4 years that u been with me! how good you are." 

he lays back and points her to the door.
