It was fire. The fire danced in the night, it seemed to be far away. The footsteps continued, as she looked in the mirror again, it showed just her head with her hair flying wildly. Her severed head was in that reflection. She stared at it in horror. It was terrifying. She touched her neck continuously to make sure the reflection wasn't real. She felt disgusted. Soon her hand began bleeding, her blood stained the reflection.

DRIP. DRIP. DRIP. That wasn't the rain, there was no rain. A heavy fog fell. She couldn't even see her fingertips. Her eyes began bleeding as the reflection's eyes bled. She let out a blood curdling scream as she dropped the mirror. A shadowy inhumane figure was in the fog, staring into her eyes. Looking right at her. It spoke something she couldn't understand. She began to back away out of fear. Her eyes widened with terror, the adrenaline spread like a disease.

The creature said words she could understand. "TRUST NO ONE." It repeated that phrase over and over again. It became unbearable, constant repetition of the word. It let out an ear piercing screech as tapping sounds began to come from the tree.

Time ticked away. She stood still out of fear. The owls began to hoot, the wolves howls got closer and closer. She began counting the seconds. Once the figure left the fog lifted, it was around 5 AM by the time the figure had left. Time had flown by, but she still kept the mirror.
