Chapter 33: Birthday

The elite team was dressed in a professional manner as they were in a important meeting in Takemichi's underground lair, circling around an table with a halo graphic screen. Takemichi was the only one unkempt; his sweatpants with a button shirt and messy hair indicated for everyone that he was up all night concerning this issue, which anticipated them on Takemichi's urgent news.

Takemichi was scurrying back and forth from stress, collecting different sources from numerous computers. Everyone watched and was confused and worried about his behavior.

" Are you alright Takemichi? You've been pacing back and forth for a while now? What is this urgent meeting even about anyway?" Lila asked with concern.

" Did you get any sleep at all? We see all the cups of coffee on the table in the corner." Daniel observed as the corner table had 6-8 and 1/2 cups of coffee.

" That's not important right now?! What is taking Draken and the others so long?!" Takemichi complained urgently.

" Oh it's must be easy for them to find your underground secret agent lair Takemichi." Minyan said with sarcasm.

A pop up on a security camera showed on the holographic screen showing Bonten enter the premises of Takemichi's house. A relieved sigh escaped Takemichi's lips as he went ahead towards a red button.

" No need for them to figure out their way in here." Takemichi said as he pressed the red button, showing on the screen all of Bonten falling through a trap door underground. Screams was heard as they were falling closer towards the lair, and an emergency cushion was placed as they landed painfully with shock.

" Good, your all here. Now hurry up, this is important." Takemichi said to the large group as they all stared at him with shock and anger.

" What the heck was that Takemichi?!! That almost gave me a heart attack!" Draken shouted while grabbing his chest and breathing heavily.

" I thought we were about to die. That was scary!" Kazuotra said in a shaky and high pitched voice.

" If you guys can't handle a fall like that, you will never handle jumping out of a plane." Lila scoffed while Adeen and Minyan snickered.

" What is it that you had us come all the way here and almost fell to our deaths?!" Izana said with annoyance.

" It's concerning Mikey." Takemichi announced.

Everyone frowned in confusion on Takemichi announcement. They were interested in what he had to say and sat around the large circular table. " Did something happen to my brother in prison? Did he get into more trouble again? He never seems to behave in there huh?" Izana sighed.

" It's not that at all. The truth is, Mikey is not in the prison." Takemichi stated.

" Huh?! What do you mean he's not in jail?! Did he escape?!" Lila exclaimed. Everyone was wondering the same thing, if Mikey was reckless enough to escape prison.

" You really think that little of Mikey? He didn't escape prison, matter of fact, he was never even there. I had a gut feeling this past month that something was wrong concerning Mikey, and my suspicions grew when the warden kept telling us that we couldn't visit Mikey because he gotten into trouble and had to face punishment. So, I decided to do some digging of Mikey own and discovered the truth." Takemichi explained
