'My every moment was you. When I loved and also when I was in pain even at our moment of farewell, You we're the whole world to me and every moment was you."

The brunette sighed, closing the book. Her eyes closed, resting her head against her pillow. As much as she enjoyed the book, she couldn't help but be disappointed with the end of the story. "You sound disappointed."

Haesoo lifted her head, turning to face the door. Looking at her was a young man, leaning against her door. He was tall, with purple hair, he wore dark navy blue scrubs, and white airforces. Haesoo smiled small, sitting up in her bed once again.

"I didn't like how the book ended." The young nurse sat at the end of Haesoo's hospital bed, frowning at the book in the girls lap. "That sucks, I thought you would of really liked it." Haesoo shook her head, reassuring the boy.

"No no, I did like it, I love it actually, the ending just could of been better." The young man smiled, crossing his arms. "You know, you would be a good novelist." Haesoo smiled, shrugging her shoulders. "I wish."

The nurse sighed, before turning to face the girl. "So, I'm here because Dr. Kang wanted to see you." Haesoo let out a huff, before stretching her arms out.

"That's never good." She mumbled, sliding herself out of her bed. The nurse laughed, nodding his head. "Yeah..well I have a few more patients to see, I'll come back around lunch, and treat you."

He spoke, before heading towards the door. "Heeseung?" The short brunette called, causing the young man to turn around. "Hmm?" He hummed, raising an eyebrow. She smiled at him, before slightly bowing her head. "Thank you for the book."

He smiled, before nodding towards her. "Of course."

Haesoo's hair softly hit her face as her head peaked around the corner, into Dr. Kang's office. At the desk, a man in a white coat and glasses sat, typing on his computer.

The man looked up from his computer, greeting Haesoo with a smile. "Haesoo, come sit down." The girl stepped into an office, and took a seat across from the doctor.

"How have you been feeling?" He questioned, pushing his computer aside. "Well I feel the same as yesterday, but maybe it's cause I'm on an empty stomach?" Dr. Kang chuckled, sitting back in his seat.

"So I called you in here because I want to talk about a few things. First, let's discuss the progress on your heart." Dr. Kang spoke, the happy tone in his voice softening.

Haesoo took in a deep breath, preparing herself of the news. Haesoo was around 3 when her parents learned that she had Kawasaki Heart Disease.

Since then, she couldn't remember a day that she wasn't spending several months at the hospital. For a little over half of her life she would be back and forth between her home and the hospital that she is at now.

Then, it all stopped when her parents learned that her condition was long term. 10 year old Haesoo held her doctor (Dr. Kang) and cried as her parents headed to the states, leaving their ill child in their past.

Now that Haesoo was 18, her life was a little easier. She didn't leave the hospital much, and she was always worrying about her hearts condition, but overall, she was happy.
