Warm, dry and sterile smelling air hit his nose as soon as he was brought back to the land of living from the land of dreams. A periodic beep was hitting the drums of his ears regularly as Denki finally opened his eyes, the overly bright light making it difficult for him to keep them open for longer than a second.
It took him two solid minutes to get adjusted to his surroundings. When he finally got used to it he opened his eyes and scanned the room, or rather the cubicle he was in. His finger was attached to a pulse ox, which explained the beeping. Curtains were all around the bed he was on, comfortable and overly white.
He hated the color.
He hated the place.
"Tch. What am I doing in this goddamn place? And how the fuck did I get here in the first place?"
Getting up, Denki removed the ox as he let his legs touch the ground. Hoisting himself from the bed, Denki stumbled forwards as he balanced himself on the frame that was hoisting the curtains. Pulling aside the curtain, he was met with an individual he was none too surprised to see.
Recovery Girl.
"What the hell are you doing out of the bed, you irresponsible young man!!" shouted Chiyo as soon as she heard noises from the front of her, making her look upwards from the sheet she was reviewing. "How long was I out for" asked Denki, now fully conscious. He felt weaker than usual, and his eyes were hurting too.
"A solid two hours since you were brought here. Not counting how much long you were in that park for prior to the poor girl finding you! Sit down firstly!" answered the old lady as she got her cane and went towards Denki, wanting to make him sit down.
"I wish to leave" Denki stated as Recovery Girl shook her head.
"Fine then" said Denki as he glanced at the clock on the wall. It was still 8 in the morning.
Meaning he could still attend class that was an hour later.
As soon as the lady got close to him, Denki took advantage of her short height as he jumped above her, making her drop to her knees in shock. Using it as an advantage, Denki bolted for the door as Chiyo regained her senses and was about to reprimand the young patient. But it was too late, as the blonde had already swung the door open as he ran out into the corridor. As the sickbay became a blur, so did the shouting of the old lady. Denki knew he would get into trouble later, yet for some reason he could not care much.
Running to the dorms, he stopped in front of the elevator. Panting, Denki was about to press the switch to his floor when the elevator dinged and its door opened, making him see the people he was just least interested to see.
Jirou and Momo.
"Kaminari-kun, are you okay?! What a horrible state are you in" gasped Momo as her hands flew to her mouth.
Dull eyes, uncombed hair, bandaged hands, really prominent dark circles under the eyes with a red nose and throat while wearing an oversized hospital gown, Denki could say that this was not his greatest dressing moment. "Probably another stupid stunt by this idiot. Let's go Yaomomo" said Jirou as she pulled a concerned Momo with her, the latter turning around to see Denki giving off a blank stare at them, while a blackish aura was around him. Shivers went down the rich girls back as she quickly turned around and hurried for the class with her best friend.
'So this is what you want huh. Fine then, looks like I am done with you finally it seems Kyoka Jirou!!'

After his encounter with the girls, Denki had went straight to his room. Taking out his spare pack of cigarettes, Denki had exhausted two of them before he took a quick bath, put on his shirt and pant and went to the class. Upon his arrival he was treated with many stares, as his hands had been bandaged fully and yet numb. Mina had approached him to ask what those were about, but he had given her the silent treatment with a sharp glare when she uttered the first sentence.
