soobin - he was there because he didn't finish his homework on time. it was due five days ago and only that day did he submit it. - he was super lonely and didn't know what to do because there was like, only one other person there. since it's a korean school and korean schools are known for being super strict, people would be more conscious about following the rules. - the moment he saw you walk in, he signaled to you immediately to sit beside him. - you guys gossiped and chatted the entire time in detention but was caught once by the teacher in charge.

yeonjun - wore ripped jeans to school despite the policies saying students were prohibited to where said ripped jeans. - in detention, your phones were taken and weren't allowed to talk, you communicated by passing notes to each other. he wrote flirty jokes, lightly teased you, shared some chismis... until the teacher caught you guys. - the teacher quickly took away the notes you were giving each other and unfortunately added another day of detention since yeonjun was flirting with you.

beomgyu - in detention because he got excited in class and accidentally said "FUCK YOU" to another student out loud. - i like to imagine beomgyu as the class clown so he'd probably shoot spitballs and throw paper airplanes at the people he dislikes in detention. - you'd be laughing at the things he's doing, telling him to stop but you were actually amused, you just didn't wanna get another period of detention. - the teacher had to yell at beomgyu multiple times and even gave him another day of detention but he didn't really care about that.

taehyun - he didn't actually do anything wrong to end up there. he was just there in detention because it was quiet and has an air conditioner. - he sat beside you since yall were close but you guys didn't talk since you felt ashamed for even just being in detention while he was just there out of free will. however, he didn't really seem to mind. - you felt a little shy sitting beside him (especially since he's so hot and fucking terry kang like tf) and tried to sneak glimpses of him while pretending to write in your notebook. - he noticed you snatching a few glances and started to tease you a little bit. like giving you a little note saying "you look pretty today" and reaching over to draw a heart in your notebook.

hueningkai - got sent to detention because he got caught sleeping during the teacher's lecture. - a little like beomgyu but more subtle. he'd sit beside you and talk shit about the people he disliked in detention. - he also snuck in small plushies for him to secretly cuddle and hold until detention was over. however, being the kind and generous man he is, he saw how tired you are and how dark your eyebags had become so gave the plushie to you instead.
