The Wedding

I wake up bright and early at 6. I go downstairs and make breakfast for everyone before I get dressed. I make pancakes, bacon and eggs. And of course coffee. By the time I'm done it's 7 and Dad wonders down the stairs for breakfast. I make him a plate and hand it to him. Then I make him a cup of coffee. I hand it to him. "Thanks kiddo." I nod. And start cleaning up
My plate and the bacon skillet. When I'm done Dad says to leave the rest of the dishes for him. I thank him and go upstairs. I grab all I need to take a shower and to get dressed in my suit. I ironed it last night. It was an expensive suit but I'll wear it numerous times so I don't feel too guilty. It's a Neiman Marcus suit. With Prada leather pumps. Another expensive buy. Oh well. You only live once right? I get showered and dressed and go up stairs to my room to do my hair and some light makeup. I don't normally mess with makeup. By the time I'm done getting ready I hear Bella stirring. I go downstairs and find Bella eating breakfast. I sit across from her. She looks tired. Like she didn't get much sleep? "Couldn't sleep?" She smiles at me and says "Nightmare. Then couldn't sleep. You look fabulous!" "Thanks. I didn't want to embarrass you showing up in some cheap suit so I used some of my savings for this." "You wouldn't have embarrassed me. Do you need some money? I can give you some?" Bella offers. "God no. But thanks for offering. I appreciate it." She nods and finishes eating. "Any wedding jitters?" I ask she laughs and says "Nope. You need a ride to the Cullens?" "Yea if I could get one from you that'd be great." She nods and says "Come on after I do the dishes I'm ready." I say ok and wait for her to do up her dishes. We go outside to her car. A Mercedes. "Nice car." I say as I get in. "It was an engagement present from Edward." She drives us to a long lane. We go down it to a beautiful big house with nothing but big windows. I get out. And follow Bells inside. She just goes inside. No knocking. Suddenly a small pixie pops out of nowhere in front of us. "Alice this is-" Bella didn't get to finish her sentence. Alice hugs me "It's so nice to finally meet you Aspen!" She's so cold too?! What the heck? "It's really nice to meet you too!" I say. "Oh my gosh, I love your suit! It's Neiman Marcus right?! And Prada shoes?! We have to talk fashion some time! I love shopping and talking fashion!" She rambles. I chuckle, "I'm not that big into fashion, I just didn't want to embarrass Bells by coming in some cheap suit. But I'll gladly listen to you talk fashion. I might learn a thing or two." "You're too modest. You picked a great suit so you must have taste!" Alice says. "Now come on let's get this one ready for the wedding!" She pulls Bella and I to a bedroom with a big vanity mirror. I sit and watch because yes I know how to get myself ready but to help get ready for a wedding I have no idea what to do. Alice looks in the mirror at Bella. "I thought I told you to get lots of beauty sleep?!" She scolds Bella and I laugh. "I had a nightmare then couldn't sleep." Bells says. Let's fix these bags shall we? She puts some concealer under her eyes. As Alice works on Bella's makeup, a gorgeous blonde comes in offering to do Bella's hair. Some words were said about not hating Bella's choice in the groom? I don't know. I introduce myself to the hot blonde. "Hello, I'm Bella's sister, Aspen." I wave to her. "Oh Hi! I didn't see you there. I'm Rosalie. Alice and Edward's adopted sister." "Nice to meet you!" I say. After they get Bella ready Mom and Dad come in with a something old and something blue for Bella. Mom sees me and Bella and starts crying. My babies together all grown up! You both look so beautiful!" Alice hands Mom a tissue. I give Mom a hug and leave letting Bella have a moment with our parents to herself. I go downstairs and see a woman with gold eyes and dark hair. "Hi I'm Aspen." I say. Smiling she says "it's so nice to meet you Aspen dear. I'm Esme Cullen and this is my husband Dr. Carlisle Cullen. We're Edward's parents." A blonde golden eyed man comes in beside Esme waving at me and shakes my hand. Again freaking cold! Weird. We talk about Bella and Edward a bit. Before I know it it's time to go out to where BBB the wedding ceremony is going to be. There was people already in their seats. I quickly take my seat near Phil, Mom and Dad. I see Edward at the front of the aisle and wave at him. He waved back smiling. Music started playing and Rosalie walks down the aisle. Then Alice. Then the music changes to the Bridal Chorus. Bella looking stunning in her wedding dress comes down the aisle with Dad. Dad hands her hand to Edward. "Take care of her" he says. And comes to sit down with me. The pastor starts talking about love. And God. I tuned out a bit. But when they started saying their vows I started to pay closer attention. The pastor says "Will you please repeat this vow to Edward saying after me: I Bella, take you Edward, to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, I promise to love and cherish you.
The pastor then says to Edward "Will you please repeat this vow to Bella saying after me: I Edward, take you Bella, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, I promise to love and cherish you.
The pastor then says "The word of God tells us what love is like and what love does: Love is patient, love is kind, love is not jealous. Love does not brag and is not arrogant. Edward then takes the ring for Bella and says "With this ring, I seal my promise, to be your faithful and loving husband, as God is my witness." And slips the ring on her finger.

"It is my privilege as a minister and by the authority given to me by the State of Washington, I now pronounce that you are husband and wife. Edward, you may kiss your wife." 
Edward and Bella gently kiss.
"Ladies and gentlemen, it is my privilege to introduce to you for the first time Mr. and Mrs. Cullen!" The pastor says.
We all clap and Edward and Bella leave for pictures. The rest of us go yo where tables are set up for the reception in the back yard. Alice calls me over to where she's standing with a couple and three hot blondes. "This is Aspen, Bella's sister. Aspen, they are our cousins from Denali, Alaska. This is Irina, Tanya and Kate. And Carmen and Eleazar." "Hi. It's nice to meet you. I shake everyone's hands. They are all freezing too! But when I shake Kate's hand it was like cold but warm at the same time. Like peaceful and comforting. Weird. Kate looks at me and says "I think someone must have stolen the stars and put them in your eyes." I chuckle and reply "The sparkle in your eye is so bright, the sun and stars must be jealous." I wink at her and I excuse myself and go sit with Dad. I feel someone staring at me and I look over and Kate's staring at me. I stare back and wink at her and she smiles. My heart starts pumping at the sight of her smile. Oh my gosh! I leave in a week!? What am I getting myself into here!?
