"Your training will consist of deep meditation and strengthening your level of consciousness. This will allow you to be able to have a high level of foresight in combat and be able to defend yourself against your foes. The strongest users of observation haki also have a phenomenal range and these users are typically snipers. I see you have a bow, I will definitely train you to be able to effectively use your observation haki to aide you in your use of it. We will begin with the basics which consists of Presence Sensing, Strength Sensing, Emotion Sensing, and Intent Sensing. Then, we will be able to go into the more advanced techniques. Which, is the most important of them all Foresight. All of these require a high level of mental fortitude. You will meditate for a total of 10 hours a day for the first 2 months.
Then, we will begin training in a different manor where you will be given a drug that will give you temporary blindness, deafness, eliminate your sense of smell, and temporarily eliminate your sense of touch. Then you will be forced to fight enemies until you are able to dodge 500 attacks consecutively. Once you are able to due that we should definitely be able to confirm you are able to use Observation Haki. Following that you will continue until you are able to fend off attacks in that manor for a full 72 hours. This will not only increase your haki reserves but, allow you to be prepared for any outcome. This will take approximately 1 and a half months given your rate of progression in your training to this point. Then, you will face off against 100 of the students here without any of the sensory deprivation using your observation haki basic techniques all at once this will then force you to unlock Foresight. Once you are able to see all your opponents moves before they even throw them then you will stop this should take 3 months. Given my own personal Foresight ability this training should take you a total of 6 months. Once we are done you will be able to have a range of 1500 miles," instructed The Seer. "If you are ready now then let us begin," said The Seer.
Fang then proceeded to then meditate for the first 2 months only with 2 meals a day once before starting and once afterwards and then sleeping overnight. This allowed him to strengthen his mental fortitude. Next, they gave him the drug to eliminate all 5 senses temporarily which forces his observation haki to take over then he proceeded to attempt to dodge 50 enemies at once in this condition. This continued for 2 weeks when he not only achieved the 500 attacks consecutively but, actually dodged a total of 5000 attacks in one third the time The Seer predicted. "Well then, let us move on to the uninhibited defensive training," said The Seer trying not to sound dumbfounded. 3 weeks came and went with the training without the drugs and almost immediately Fang was able to achieve Foresight and defend all the attacks and incapacitate his opponents with deadly accuracy. The Seer then proceeded to have more and more students of The Rising Sun attack Fang at once until he was able to face off against 3000 opponents at once. The Seer could scarcely hold back their astonishment of Fangs innate ability.
"It appears there is only one last thing I have to verify and that is the range of your observation haki. It's a lot like the Emission technique of Armament Haki except with observation haki. Project your haki to its outmost limit and you should be able to determine the distance it encompasses. Once you have determined this tell me what it is," said The Seer. "Shouldn't you know wise one? Given your Foresight ability?," asked Fang. The Seer laughed but, within that laugh was a clearly noticeable level of overwhelming astonishment. "I wish I did know already however you have completely surpassed all my expectations my Foresight was completely shattered now I can only know if you tell me. The only other one who surpassed my ability was your own crew's sniper Ace," said The Seer. Fang was overwhelmed by a sense of pride not only in himself but, in his crew mate Hawks. After a moment he finally then closed his eyes and focused his observation haki and imagined it bursting out of him to encompass all of his surroundings to its utmost range. It grew and grew and grew and when he thought it was about to reach its peak it grew exponentially more. He then opened his eyes and laughed, "5000 miles, 5000 miles is how far I can see with my observation haki as clear as I can see you in front of me right now," said Fang.
The Seer collapsed to the ground as if the wind was completely knocked out of them and clasped their chest. "I have never imagined anyone could have a range like that with crystal clear view as you say you have. Let alone for someone like you, granted your ships sniper has a range of 7500 miles slightly longer than yours. His specialty is long range and he has been a bounty hunter for quite a long time before he met you. Still two members of the same crew with this much innate ability. I fear for what you may do with this amount of power," said The Seer. Fang walked over and helped The Seer to his feet. "You may be uncertain about our future however, you also have the ability to see into the past. Being that the past cannot be changed you must be aware of all of our pasts. Have you ever seen any one of us abuse our power on innocent people?," asked Fang.
The Seer pondered on the thought for a moment and then a smile crept across their face. "No, your intentions are pure," said The Seer. Fang smirked acknowledging what he already knew was fact. "Now, go rest young Fang you deserve a lot of rest and your crew will finish with their training soon as well," said The Seer. Fang bowed in respect then proceeded to go to rest and eat as he waited for the rest of his crew mates. While he waited he also decided to continue his training with Ragnar to fully master his devil fruit abilities.
