"So, everything we know . . . . ." Heeseung began. "The past few weeks Niki has been acting nothing but distant since our close friend and his boyfriend had mysteriously disappeared one day. We barely see him anymore but Jake has seen him go to the same area for the past few weeks." He was desperately worried for their youngest friend.

"I've seen Niki entering the back of the abandoned church every night. He's very private on his whereabouts, won't tell me anything about why he goes there. But from the sounds of it might be what you guys are looking for. Heeseung and I are going to pay him a visit." Jake explained everything of his knowledge, wanting to help as much as he could.

"We'll distract him so you guys can do what you need to do inside." Heeseung hoped whatever his close friend who was like little brother to him had a good reason for all this.

"Thank you again for helping us, let's hope your friend has a good reason for all this." Minho knew the council's best vampires were all very close with each other but desperately wanted end this vampire that harmed Jisung.

"Yes thank you! You guys are the best, and please do not let the council know." Felix thanked his friends.

"Don't worry, that's the last thing we would want to do. Now, we'll give the signal once our friend is distracted." Heeseung gave a warm genuine smile before he watched the group stay hidden in the distance.

"Heeseung? You don't think Niki would do all this because he's still heartbroken about Sunoo being missing, do you?" Jake turned to his hyung.

"It's possible he's not thinking straight right now." Heeseung knew how important their dear friend was important to Niki.

"Heeseung? Jake?! Why the hell are you two here?" Niki was on his way back to go to the abandoned church but stopped in his tracks once he saw his two friends standing right outside of it.

"Niki we're here because we're worried about you." Heeseung explained with nothing but concern in his eyes and tone.

"Don't, you guys need to leave." Niki's tone was cold. Wanting to explain everything to them, but couldn't.

"We aren't leaving without you. You have been coming here every night and you only give us the cold shoulder. Please tell us what's going on." Jake wanted to hear it from their youngest, hoping he would choose to do the right thing.

"It's none of your business, just go home." Niki turned around to walk away but was quickly stopped in his tracks.

"We aren't leaving without you. We lost Sunoo, we don't want to lose you too." Heeseung desperately grabbed him by the wrist.

"Niki, tell us what is going on. You can tell us." Jake was more strictly stern.

The youngest heavily sighed in complete distraught. He decided to pull them away from the church and into the empty woods.

"I found Sunoo." Niki pauses looking down at the ground while the other's eyes lit up. "There's a problem, he's being held captive by a very horrible scientist. He's using him to make sure I do everything he says. The world we know will be in pure chaos by his creations but I can't let him kill Sunoo. I'm sorry I screwed up hyungs." Niki was on the verge of tears but held them in, scared of how disappointed his friends were.

"We knew you were working for someone but we didn't know Sunoo was involved." Jake had a feeling it was for a good reason but their species and humans were all at stake.

"Niki, we will find a way to help both of you. You don't have to keep doing this." Heesung held the youngest by his shoulders.

"You can't! If I disobey him, he'll kill Sunoo! I've seen him murder others who only simply disagreed with him. I'm sorry but I have to do this hyungs, I knew you wouldn't understand." Niki was painfully ashamed of his wrongs.
