"Doctor said you had a panic attack."

His voice was calm, but his eyes were restless. I could sense the concern emanating out of him.

I looked away, shifting a little farther, "He clearly needs to get his medical degree rechecked."

He stood up from behind me and came to sit at the front, "Stop being sarcastic Aubrey. I know the symptoms of panic attack. Why would you have a panic attack? You looked alright in the morning...God! Is it because of my acts there? I...I am really regretti..."

I stopped him with my hand, "You don't have to regret. It was not a panic attack. And even if it was, it has nothing to do with you."

"Aubr..."

"Alexander! I'd like to stay alone please."

"You can't possibly expect me to ignore what I saw.."

I gave him a sharp look, "You have ignored everything for two years. I am sure you'd have no problem continuing."

The next morning was just fine as I got to live in my own cocoon. Courtney had already left and Alexander didn't bother me other than informing that we leave in an hour.

When we eventually left, I had my earphones on with no music, but only a signal that I am unapproachable right now.

Once on the jet, I saw him offering me a drink. To not give him an opportunity to talk, I took it and began sipping, expecting it to be some bitter drink like his. But to my surprise it was only Oreo Shake. He sat beside me throughout the trip and even though I was constantly aware of his presence, I ignored it like my daily business.

Back home, I spent my day in my room, painting a new piece. Whenever I go somewhere or witness a different scene, something in me compels me to draw the new feelings.

The painting was turning out beautiful. The light pink background and a table at the forefront with my most loved one, the Oreo Shake, adorned in my hand. Only my hand was visible in the painting, which can be identified by that stubborn diamond and emeralds ring on my finger.

However, as I ended the painting I felt a little disturbed when I saw that the top half of the glass had another hand, and the vision was now that someone was offering me that Oreo Shake. I decided to ignore giving name to that certain someone but only adored how the painting turned out.

Keeping it aside to dry, I left the room, and locked it securely going to feed my now growling stomach.

"Alice! Alice!"

Hearing me, Alice stood up from the sofa in the dining room and smiled at me.

"Am really hungry!!", I could see it was way past dinner time. The bodyguards were all scattered around and my so called husband was nowhere to be seen.

"Ofcourse ma'am! I'll ask the maids to serve the dining table."

I took my usual chair on the head of the table and started waiting for my food. Painting does always puts me into a good mood, one of the reasons why I have been drawing since childhood. It only increased in the last two years. And everybody here knows it, that's why they don't bother me while I am in the room.

Soon after, my peace is ruined the moment that husband of mine comes and takes a seat next to me.

"Come all of you...", I looked at him baffled when he called the bodyguards.

My eyes shifted to the men as they happily took their respective seats leaving two places beside me for others.

"Did you all not eat?"
