"Y/n can i call you sweetheart?" Added a not very joking ace.
"I'm sorry what now?" Y/n became a Scarlet Red, while still being confused on if the boy was joking or not.
"I'm serious can that be your nickname?" Ace was dead serious. Deuce who was looking jealous decided to also get into the conversation
"i agree that's a nickname we could all use" y/n was surprised to hear that from Deuce, she expected it from ace but from sweet old Deuce?
"Uh i guess it's fine?" She was still confused but there was no time to waste, she had to get back before the sun set
"great now that that's done with let's go back to get that crystal" deuce who refused to be expelled was still determined to get it no matter what.
"Are you crazy I'm not going back inside with that monster?!" Ace really thought deuce was crazy but he didn't want to get expelled as well since y/n went through all that trouble to find a way to fix things
"ace, deuce it's not the right time for squabbles. We should just find a way to let's say 'terminate' that creature " y/n was now back to her serious face it was clear at that time that she was sure about helping them no matter what happened
"yes ma'am" they both answered at the same time before going back to listening to what the girl was saying
"first of all we need someone to lure it out so the others can attack it and destroy it, I'll use the mirror card to create a double of me and make it run so the monster goes after it."
After going over the plan about two times they were finally ready to do it
"Alright guys the illusion is in place" y/n came back with a girl looking identically like her
"woah she looks just like you!" Deuce and ace were both shocked at how similar the illusion was to the real thing.
"Yeah mirror is really good at copying people's looks but she can't speak" the illusion nodded when y/n finished speaking
"Well it's nice to meet you miss mirror card" deuce still held onto his respectable speeking maner to be sure not to hurt the artifacts feelings, even if it probably had none
"Anyways are you guys ready?" Y/n got the point to get it over with quickly again because clearly they never paid attention to what she was actually saying earlier
"oh uh yeah sorry let's just do this so you don't get in trouble with the headmage" after deuce finished speaking he and ace simply watched as the illusion of y/n went inside the mine with grim following her.
A few seconds mirror came out of the mine running while the monster was following her still screaming the things it said earlier "Never...give...stone!" Mirror then signaled the boys to get on with part 2 of the plan "Alright here we go! Extra large tempest at your service!" Ace used his wind magic to create a large tornado that trapped the monster. "Alright furball it's your turn!" "Time for an extra special grim the great fireball!" Grim let out fire that mixed with the tornado making it into a flaming tornado that made the monster screech in pain "Alright juice it's your turn!" Ace yelled towards the blue haired boy "It's deuce! And i got this, Come forth cauldron!" A huge cauldron fell on top of the monster crushing it, but even after that it still got up "Gyah! It didn't work C'mon deuce do something!" Ace quickly said in a panicked voice "Uh well another cauldron! Another! More!" Deuce summoned a ton of cauldrons crushing the monster untill it vanished completely "Good job everyone let's get that stone now" Y/n hated to admit it but she was proud of them for thinking of something without arguing or staying still for an hour.
After they got the stone they decided to catch their breaths for a bit before going back. " i guess we could say this brought us closer huh?" Y/n didn't say anything about being proud but she decided that this would be a more proper thing to say "Actually sweetheart i think everything that just happened was more because of your plan and cunning mind" ace decided to just butter up his words with adding and extra compliment "I hate to admit it but this idiot is right, you really did the most work here" deuce who really wanted to admit it earlier finally got to say it now. "Well i see, whatever you say i guess but we should go back now i really don't want the headmage to think we gave up and just finish the expulsion documents" y/n who already knew Crowley was kind of a scumbag, wanted to just get back as soon as possible to stop whatever thought Crowley had about they were doing. "Oh right let's go"
The second they got back to the mirror chamber Crowley was already there waiting. "Oh so you actually went to get the stone? And here i had your expulsion documents all done and signed" y/n was now officially confirming it. Crowley was a real idiot and a scumbag "Wait so you actually didn't know if they still had some and you just sent us on a wild goose chase?!" Ace was actually mad this time because he now guessed what would happened if they came back empty handed and if y/n got injured "Well you got lucky so let's not call it that for now right? Now please hand the stone over and all of this history will be over!" Ace just looked disappointed "Listen headmage we fought some sorth of monster in there! We could have gotten injured if it weren't for y/n!" Deuce wanted the headmage to acknowledge that they were still alive and well thanks to the young lady "Oh? Is that true miss kinomoto?" Crowley asked y/n was was just standing there quiet the whole time "Yes it is true but I'd have to say it was a group effort" y/n did not want all that unnecessary attention so she just said what she thought was true "Very well! Now you two boys may leave, but as for miss kinomoto it's time for us to head to savanahclaw"
When the headmage and the girl stepped into the longue it got the attention of many savanahclaw students but then a brown haired boy with lion ears came up to them "What's up headmage? Who's the small herbivore here?" The lion questioned the headmage while also smelling the girl "I'm sure you've heard already but this is our schools lady student, y/n kinomoto, she attends every dorm so on Tuesdays she's technically in your dorm. I intrust her in your care mister kingscholar" Crowley had a long dialogue to make sure he got that "Oh well alright then, my name's leona kingscholar make sure to get it in your brain little lady " leona started at y/n looking somehow interested in her looks "Yes it's a pleasure to meet you dormhead leona, i do hope we will get along" y/n decided to start off respectfully with him "Well then i leave her to you! Goodbye!" And with that Crowley left "Well we have no rooms cleaned right now since they all are full and the only one left is already full of trash, so i guess your staying with me little lady" y/n was shocked at what the lion had said, she was sharing a room with him? Well she better start getting used to her new life quickly now
I literally took so long to post this and I'm sorry i just completely blocked and a certain part of the dialogue and i didn't know what to put so i guess i just really had inspiration last minute to do this. Hope you enjoyed it anyways though
