Summary: Teen Hayley and Klaus skinny dip in a public beach even though that they knew that it was illegal.
THIRD PERSON'S POV:
" Are you crazy, I'm not doing that" Hayley yelled at Klaus. It was dark and nobody was there, they where standing in the warm sand.
" Why not" Klaus said pulling her waist closer to him " It's illegal assface" The brunette replied putting her hands around his neck.
" well nobody is here, we are all alone" He replied placing kisses on her neck, she giggled and bit her lip " Fine" She finally caved in.
He walked near the ocean and took off his shirt, she gave him a smirk and took off her bikini top. He smiled and took off his swim shorts and dived into the water, she chuckled and took off her shorts.
She took of her bottoms and dived in the water, she swan next to him and he pulled her by her waist. " see this is fun" He said with a smile.
" If we get in trouble I'm so killing your ass" She replied with a smile " Nobodies here love I already told you" He said reassuring her.
But little did they know was that a young girl saw them and called the police.
Hayley and Klaus were laughing and swimming when a big flash interrupted there good time " Get out the water and come to shore" A strong voice shouted.
" OH MY GOD I'M GOING TO KILL YOU" Hayley said looking at Klaus who was laughing, they swam to shore and the officer looked pissed.
They saw the officer throw to towels near shore and turned around. " Get dressed" The officer said as Hayley and Klaus covered themselves with the towels.
Once Hayley and Klaus got changed the officer had them arrested.
The officer shoved them in the cop car. " I told you this was illegal, your so lucky I have this handcuffs or else I would've killed you" Hayley said furiously.
" It's ok love no need for violence" Klaus replied to her comment " My mom is going to kill me, I'm never going to see the light of the day, my dad is going to disown me, I'm going to be homeless because of you" She said pacing back and forth.
" Hey little girl calm down, you here me" The officer said loudly.
When they finally arrived at the police department, they separated Klaus and Hayley from each other, they had both of them do finger prints and mugshots.
They searched them for any drugs and had them changed into orange uniforms.
" You will have only one call use it correctly, if the person don't bail you out you will stay overnight in this cell" The officer yelled at the girl's and boy's that stayed overnight.
HAYLEYS'S POV:
After the officer told me that I can have my phone call, I decided to call Rebekah and not my mom.
H: Bekah
R: Hayley is that you??
H: Yes it is me
R: why are calling me from the police department
H: I only have 2 minutes and it's because Klaus and I did something illegal
R: What the hell did you do
H: I can't talk right now ok, come and bail us out
R: Ok i'm coming right now
" Times up sweet face" One of the Officers yelled at me
H: I gotta go bye Bex
R: Bye
KLAUS'S POV:
The officer took me to a place where they kept phones, I decided to call Rebekah since she would actually bail me out.
R: I thought you can only call once
K: It's not Hayley its Klaus get me the bloody hell out of here
R: I will ok I'm driving right now and you yelling at me is not helping
k: Hurry up
R: what the hell did you guys even do
K: we skinny dipped in a public area
R: I'm sorry you did what in a public area
K: we skinny dipped
R: I think I heard you ass face
" Times up" The officer yelled.
K: I gotta go bye baby sister
R: Bye
THIRD PERSON'S POV:
Hayley and Klaus waited for more than an hour and Rebekah finally bailed them out.
" What the hell took you so long" Hayley said yelling at Rebekah " They had me wait ok" Rebekah defended herself.
" Jail really isn't that bad" Klaus said with a smirk " Now that we are out I can finally kill you" Hayley said walking towards him.
Rebekah grabbed her arms " I'm sorry but I won't let you go back in that cell for more than 1 day" Rebekah yelled at Hayley.
Klaus laughed and got in Rebekah's car while Hayley looked pissed off.
" Hayley look at your mugshot you look hot" Rebekah said passing the phone to Hayley. Hayley looked at the phone and thought to herself that she did look really good.
" I do look hot" she said passing it to Klaus " Mines is better" Klaus said looking at the photo.
" shut up assface" The brunette said still pissed at her boyfriend.

A/N: So I was watching Orange is the new black and i'm on season 1 and I loved how in the first few episodes Piper was freaking outttt, and I could just imagine Hayley in jail like she would literally freak out while Klaus wouldn't give a fuck.
