Summary: Human au, Klaus and Hayley's first date.
HAYLEY'S POV:
" Please mommy tell me the story tonight please" My daughter said to me flashing her blue eyes at me.
" Ok one more time honey" I said with a smile. my 8 year old daughter prepared herself to hear the story one more time.
START OF THE STORY:
The girl sat in her couch waiting for her date, she finally heard the doorbell ring and she went to the door when he father appeared out of nowhere " Daddy, his here I'm not leaving him waiting outside" the girl said looking at her dad " I know sweetheart just be careful and have a nice night" He said cupping her face and placing a kiss on her forehead " Yes daddy I already heard you earlier" the girl said walking out the door.
" Be home by 11" Her father yelled as she left, The boy stood in front of her holding red roses, her favorite flowers " are these for me" she said in a cute voice " of course they are for you love" He replied giving her a kiss on mouth.
" come on it's going to get dark" the girl said pulling away from their passionate kiss.
STORY STOPS:
" why did you stop mommy, continue " my daughter replied with a frown " let me get you something" I said walking over to her closet, I opened it and grabbed a box with a stuffed animal in it.
" I think Mr. teddy wants to here the rest of the story" I said playing with the bear, she smiled and grabbed the bear " continue the story" she said with a smile.
STORY CONTINUES:
The girl and boy grabbed the menu and flipped through it, while the boy kept looking at her and she pretended to not see him " would you guys like to drink" the waiter said interrupting the beautiful moment that they were having.
" a martini with cherry" the girl ordered the waiter nodded and looked at the boy " bourbon" the waiter nodded " I will need to see some id" the waiter said.
The boy gave the girl a smirk and pulled out his wallet passing the fake Id that he had, the girl reached her purse and pulled out her fake Id.
The waiter looked at it and passed them their id's " Your drinks will be here" the waiter said walking away.
Once the girl and boy ate their foods and took their drinks, they had long conversation about their lives together, of course they were 17 and 19 but they wanted their future together.
They talked about how many kids that they wanted, talked about jobs and houses and who pays the bills.
After their very first date as a real couple, he drove her home and now they were standing in the door steps.
" Im glad that I can call you mine" she said with a cute smile " I'm glad that you are mine" the boy said giving her a kiss on the cheek " do you think that we will last forever even if I joined the army" He said looking to her eyes.
" I will wait for you, I don't care as long as you are with me" she said with a smile, he pulled her into a hug and started kissing her, soon her house lights turned on and she pulled away " My dad, is up" she said with a smile.
" see you tomorrow baby" he said and gave her a final kiss on her lips. The girl walked in her house smiling while the boy drove home smiling.
They were in love, they knew that they wanted to be together for ever.
They weren't perfect, they argued most of the time but always found their way back together.
20 years later, they were still madly in love, they had a beautiful daughter, they named her "Hope" because their daughter was their biggest Hope in life.
They soon lived happily ever after. the end.
STORY ENDS
" did you and daddy name me Hope because of the story" My daughter said with a smile " Of course sweetie" I replied with a smile " time for bed " I added on.
" Mommy when is daddy going to come home" She asked curiously " soon baby soon" I said tearing up I kissed my daughters head and said goodnight and she replied, and with that I turned off the lights to her bedroom.
I walked to the living room and opened the closet and grabbed a big brown box that was un top of the shelves, I grabbed it and sat on the kitchen stool.
I opened the box and started pulling out his sweaters, I stumbled across a picture of him and I and started balling my eyes out.
I grabbed his shirt and smelled it, it reminded me of him, it smelt just like him. I saw Rebekah walking in the kitchen " oh sweetie" she said pulling me into a hug.
" I miss him Bex I really do" I felt her tears on my back falling on my shoulder " i miss him too Hayley, but he died for this country, Klaus did what had to be done" She said with pain in her voice.
" Every single time I tell Hope, the story she doesn't realize that it's our story, him and I, how we went on our 30th date" I said laughing at the last comment.
" I know honey I know" she said pulling away from my hug.
" our first date, was amazing" I said looking into her eyes.
The story never really ended with a happy ending the truth is that the father of my daughter died in the army, I tell my daughter this story to make her happy and I guess it makes me happy.
