Chapter one.

'Mom!' I shout down the stairs.
'What now?' She replies as if she knows what I'm about to ask.
'The 5 seconds of summer tickets come out in less than 15 minutes, are you on the website ready to get them?'
'Yes darling, like you said before, at five o'clock, I refresh the page and try and get the meet and greet tickets for next Friday!'
'Just please go to the toilet now and get a drink so that when the tickets come out you don't miss them!'
'Fine, I'll go now!'

The next 15 minutes were hell. I kept replaying 'kiss me kiss me' over and over because it's one of my favourites! Just thinking about how I could possibly be meeting the boys with Jess next weekend makes my heart flutter. I'm so happy that my mum agreed to getting these tickets because I don't think I could go any longer without giving each and every one of the boys a hug.

As I scroll down my Twitter feed, I retweet every single one of those stupid 'retweet in 10 seconds or you'll never meet your idol' tweets, lame I know. As I refresh my Twitter, I see loads of tweets saying 'ITS 5PM', 'THE TICKETS ARE OUT RIGHT NOW' or 'I GOT TICKETS' so I rush down stairs to find my mum sat on the sofa with the laptop on her lap whilst she's clicking away.
'did you get them?' I say as she looks at me.
'Ellie...YOU AND JESS ARE MEETING 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER NEXT WEEKEND' she replies, shouting the last part.

The rest of the night consists of screaming, crying (happy tears of course) and lots of thank you's and I love you's.
