The next day, you woke up feeling a strong headache. You opened your eyes and saw Jungkook smiling at you.
Y/n: Woah. You scared me!
Jungkook: Sorry. I bought some hangover soup for you. You were so drunk last night.
Y/n: Oh. Uhm. Did I- spew out any nonsense?
Jungkook: No, you didn't! Here, Eat up. Or your head will hurt.
He said while handing over the soup to you.
Y/n: Thanks, Kook!
He smiled and walked outside of your room.
Y/n: I really didn't say anything? Let me try to remember!
You closed your eyes and tried to remember.
Y/n: Fuck! I don't remember a thing after he asked me to have a drink.
You did your morning routine after finishing the soup. Then, you went downstairs to find Jungkook sitting on the couch, scrolling through his phone. You sat next to him and put your hand on his shoulder.
Y/n: Kook, What's wrong? Aren't you going to work?
Jungkook: It's a Sunday!
Y/n: Oh. And, Today's the last day of our 'fake relationship'. We're gonna break-up tomorrow.
Jungkook nodded.
Y/n: I have a plan in mind!
Jungkook: Oh.
Y/n: Yah, Jeon, Why are you being so cold! Gimme that thing!
You said as you snatched his phone away from him.
Jungkook: Yah, Lee Y/n! Give it back.
Y/n: Nope!
You said as you hid it behind your back. Jungkook stood up to take it from you. He pinned you on the couch.
Jungkook: Give it back!
Y/n: It's still a 'No'!
He came to snatch his phone from you but ended up being dangerously close to your face. He looked into your hazel eyes which were already gazing at his dark brown ones.
"I wish I could feel her lips again, after I realized it was love all along."
-he thought.
"His eyes are deep and mysterious like the ocean. I could get lost it in it, forever. Do we really have to break-up? I wanna feel his lips, once more!"
-you thought.
Warmth blossomed in your chest, sparks igniting, as he leaned in closer, lips brushing together. Butterflies were dancing in your stomach. But warmth consumed you as you leaned into the kiss, his lips impossibly soft against yours.
His tongue pressed against your parted lips in ticklish kitten licks. His hands roamed around your body. You started unbuttoning his shirt. That's when Jungkook came to his right senses. He pulled out and moved away from you. The tension between you both had blinded you. None of you realized what you were gonna do.
Y/n: Koo, I'm sorry.
Jungkook: N- No, It's alright. What was the plan?
Y/n: I'll come to your office and we'll fight in your cabin, I'll walk out of the office, crying. Isn't that enough to make it seem like we had a fight?
Jungkook: Hmm. That's enough. I- I'm going to my room. I have to make an important call.
Y/n: O- Okay.
He went upstairs.
Y/n: Lee Y/n, Why the fuck did you unbutton his shirt? Like what the fuck was going through my mind?
Time Skip
The next day
Jungkook and you had breakfast together. And Jungkook left for office. You both were sad as it was your last day together. He was trying hard to hide his feelings. You got ready to go to Jungkook's office. You left.
At the office
You walked inside to be greeted by everyone since you are the chairman's girlfriend. You smiled at everyone and went to Jungkook's cabin. You saw Jungkook's secretary, Mr.Kim.
Mr. Kim: Good Morning, ma'am. How can I help you?
Y/n: I want to talk with him.
He took you to Jungkook's cabin. He bowed one last time before he left.
Y/n: Hey, Kook!
Jungkook: (sighs) Hey!
Y/n: It's time, right?
Jungkook: Yeah.
Y/n: Jeon Jungkook, (smiles) We should break-up!
You were trying not to cry infront of him.
Jungkook: Yeah, right. We should end this fake relationship(sighs)- And start a real one.
He smiled and pulled you closer by grabbing your waist. He gently placed his lips on yours. Your tears were mixed in with the kiss. He cupped your face and wiped away your tears with his thumb. He pulled out. He attached his forehead with yours. His eyes were shining with love for you. You were feeling euphoric.
Jungkook: I love you!
Y/n: I love you too!
