" Eventually we all need someone who would say ' it's okay to be not okay'."

At Emergency Room:-

I, hurrying through the bustling hospital corridors. I am focused and determined as I  prepare for my shift at the hospital. As I enter the Emergency Room, nurses suddenly call out to me in a panic.

Nurse 1" Dr. Naya, thank goodness you're here! We have a critical emergency case!"

"What's the situation? Give me the details". I said

Nurse 2 "It's a patient involved in a severe accident. He's bleeding profusely, and his condition is deteriorating rapidly".

I quickly assesses the urgency of the situation and springs into action. I gathers a team of doctors and nurses, outlining the plan for the patient's treatment.

"We must act fast. Prepare the operating room immediately. I need a complete blood workup, X-rays, and anything else we can gather about his medical history". I said

As the team prepares the operating room, I  approaches the patient, who lies on the stretcher. I carefully examine the severity of the injuries and map out my strategy in my mind.

Nurse 3 "Dr. Naya, his vitals are dropping rapidly. We've stabilized him for now, but we need to start the surgery as soon as possible".

"Let's start with an emergency transfusion. Set up an IV with a suitable blood type, and call the blood bank for a rapid delivery". I said

Within moments, the operating room is ready, and I begin the intense and critical operation. The room is filled with a mix of tension and determination.

Surgeon 1"Okay, Naya, we're ready for the incision. Scalpel, please".

"Scalpel". I said

As the surgery commences, I orchestrates the team's actions, calmly directing each step of the procedure.

Nurse 4 "Dr. Naya, his blood pressure is stabilizing, but we need to address the internal bleeding. We might need to perform a more complex procedure".

"I've anticipated that. Let's proceed with caution. Keep a close eye on his vitals as we address the internal bleeding". I said

Hours pass as I and my team work tirelessly, our focus never wavering. Finally, after a grueling effort, we manage to stabilize the patient.

Surgeon 2 "Great work, Naya. We've stopped the bleeding and repaired all the major injuries. Now we need to monitor his recovery closely".

"Thank you, everyone. Let's transfer him to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for post-operative care. We'll continue to keep a close eye on his progress". I said with a tried smile.

As the patient is transferred to the ICU, I take a moment to catch my breath. I reflect on the intensity of the situation and the successful outcome.

Nurse 5 "Dr. Naya, you've truly amazed us with your skills today. That was an incredibly challenging case".

"It's a team effort, and we all played our part. The patient's recovery is what matters most. Let's continue doing our best for every patient that comes through these doors". I said motivating.

I look determined and motivated, ready to face the next challenge that comes my way.

After a tiring morning with lots of check up I  sit alone at a table in the bustling hospital cafeteria, enjoying my lunch. I take a bite of my meal when suddenly, Dr. Neil walks in, carrying a plate of my favorite food. Surprised, I look up and locks eyes with the handsome doctor.
