Kendall huffed heavily as she tries to gasp for the little amount of oxygen she could get.
She had managed to ran away from him, but she knew her victory would not last for long.
"Kendall... Oh Kendall!".
Kendall's heart raced even faster. She slowly slid down and prayed.
"Please..", she whispered.
The woods suddenly went quiet.
Too quiet.
She heard nothing, and she saw nothing.
Kendall.... I'm not letting you go.
The loud swoosh caught her attention.
With fast reflex, she managed to dodge the axe that had missed her head by an inch.
"Ah!", She found herself tumbling down the slope edge.
She scratched her nails onto the ground to stop her movement. But the force was too much.
She felt pain ran through her body.
Quickly, she saw the outline of a tree, and her head hit the trunk with a thud.
Black spots covered her vision, and blood run down her head.
All she saw before she fainted, was the shadowy outline of him, as he stalked closer, with a huge, bloody axe in his hand.
