Y/N pov:
I can't believe what he just said I can feel tears coming down my cheeks I started crying he just hugged me. Hey listen, I want you to take Naruto and go to the leaf village ok he said in a serious tone I'll send a letter to Kakashi and tell him ok and he will take you to the 5th hokage ok Itachi said but promise me to name the baby if it is a girl to name her miyako uchiha (it means beautiful night child)

Itachi pov:
I got up and packed all of her things and sent a letter to Kakashi explaining everything she'll be leaving in two days maximum. I'm a little sad that I won't be able to watch the baby grow up. I'll miss her.
Kakashi Pov:
I was sitting down in my bed when a letter arrived on my desk. I walked over to it and started reading it (dear Kakashi I am sending y/n to the konoha with Naruto please y/n is pregnant and see if you can put Naruto on team 7 with sasuke and that pink girl with the big forehead see if you can make the transition from Naruto with that one boy that's also on your team tell lady 5th that the baby last name will stick to uchiha and y/n's last name will change into uchiha she should be arriving in 2 days itachi) will now I have to go to tsunade yay.
