The Adventures of Hono and Hatsuden

Part 2

"Team Paradise, huh?" Hono asked.

The three Pokemon looked shocked.

"You mean to tell us that you've never. NEVER. Ever heard of us?" Serperior asked, a little mad.

"No, sorry. None of you ring a bell." Hono sheepishly replied.

"Serperior, calm down. Maybe she's not from around here." Gardevoir soothingly stated.

"Well then, where might you be from then, Hono?" Ninetales asked.

"Ummm.......I don't exactly..know....." Hono stated, a little worried.

"W-wait......you mean you don't even know where you're from? What did those Pokemon do to you?" Gardevoir said with a gasp.

"I....they really only tied me up. See, I woke up in their territory with no memory whatsoever....." Hono stated.

"Here, let's just get to town and figure this out, it's a little eerie here..." Serperior said, shaking a bit.

"Okay then, let's go. Everyone get close." Gardevoir said.

Everyone got close, then she used Teleport, taking them to a nearby town.

"Hm. Where are we?" Hono asked, looking around.

"We're in Petalia Town Hono. One of the calmest cities in the world." Ninetales piped up.

"Well Hono, we must go now. Maybe you can meet a few friends while you're here." Serperior said, with all three walking out of the city.

"Bye." Hono whispered. "Hm, where should I go first to meet a few friends?"

Just then, she got pushed over by a Stunky and Skorupi. They seemed like they were in a rush.

"Hey! Watch where you're going next time!" She yelled.

Then, she saw a Mudkip running around the corner, who also seemed to be in a rush. He ran past, yelling at the two from before about returning something. Hono's curiousity got the best of her, so she followed.

It seemed like she had been running for forever when she had seen the three Pokemon had stopped. She hid behind the nearest bush, seeing what was going on.

"Hey you two! Return that!" The Mudkip yelled.

"Why should we? Finders keepers!" The Skorupi retorted.

"You well know that Pokemon had it in their hand! That's called stealing! STEALING! Return it now, before I have to use force!" Mudkip shouted.

"Look kid, we don't want to hurt you, just let us leave. Tell that tiny twerp that he just lost the item for..hm...forever. Yeah, if he cries it's even better!" Stunky grinned.

Hono couldn't believe what she was hearing. A Pokemon stealing? Wasn't this the 'calmest city?' Which meant no crime? She just forgot the thought, jumping out of the brush.

"Hey! Who's that? She's not part of this is she?" Stunky excaimed.

"Maybe she's here to take it too! It's ours bud, back off!" Skorupi stated.

"Me work with you low lives? Of course not! I'm here to get back whatever you stole!" Hono growled, starting to unnerve the two criminals.

"So you want to help? That's great! Quick, we should deal with these two before they run off." The Mudkip said.

"My pleasure," Hono said, nodding.

The Fennekin let loose an Ember at the Skorupi. Mudkip landing a Water Gun.

After the battle, the two criminals were sitting down on the ground.

"F-fine...you.....win...." Skorupi let out with a moan before passing out.

Mudkip grabbed the stolen item, an amulet.

"Thank you for helping me. I don't know if I could have beaten them by mself....oh yeah, I forgot to introduce myself. Hi there, my name's Hatsuden! And you are?" Hatsuden said, startng to smile.

"Oh, my name's Hono. It's a pleasure meeting you too." Hono said, introducing herself.

"Well then, let's go return this to it's rightful owner." Hatsuden said.

After walking back into town, there stood a little Pichu, who looked like he was sobbing.

Hatsuden walked up to him.

"Hey, Pichu, look. We got your amulet back." Hatsuden handed the Pichu the amulet from before.

"M-my amulet! You got it back? Thank you so much! I couldn't thank you enough!" Pichu exclaimed, hugging Hatsuden.

"Hey, don't forget about the one who helped me, Hono." Hatsuden said, pointing to Hon.

"Thank you so much miss!" Pichu hugged Hono.

"It was my pleasure, those baddies were just asking for it." Hono told the Pichu.

"You know, you guys could be a rescue team!" Pichu said, smiling.

"A rescue team?" Hono asked.

"Oh yes! You see a rescue team is a group of two or more Pokemon who go around helping out Pokemon in need." Hatsuden stated.

"Ah, I see." Hono said.

"In fact, Hono, woud you like to form a rescue team? You seem like a good person I could trust. So what do you say?" Hatsuden asked, holding out his hand.

"Why not?" Hono said, shaking Hatsuden's hand.

"Yay! Now let's go register to be a rescue team!" Hatsuden exclaimed. "Race ya!"

"Oh, it's on!" Hono said, chasing after the Mudkip.
