Boss Baby x Freckles reader part two

"What are those bandages on your cheeks?" I froze I didn't know what to say. He walked up to me and asked, "What are those bandages for Y/n" At that point I started sweating I said, "Hehe uhhh yeah..." I ran out of his cubicle he ran after me I screamed "Stop following me!" After that we were in Conference Room B he finally pinned me down I tried getting up but I couldn't get up. I think it was because he's used to chasing down people and going through obstacles so he's probably more athletic than I am. Boss Baby tried to take off my bandages but I finally wiggled free and ran he kept running after me.

We ran through the entire building in two hours after that I flopped in Conference room B, I was catching my breath Boss Baby finally just sat next to me and asked, "Y/n what are those bandages on your face?" I was so out of breath I couldn't even answer him and then I finally say, "Fine you win you can take them off." Boss Baby gently rips the bandages on my face to reveal the freckles on my face. I'm on the verge of crying, "Why did you hide your freckles?" Boss Baby asked me. I look away from Boss Baby and respond with, "Because I thought Bella was gonna fun of me cause I'm the ugliest baby in the world." I then start throwing a tantrum IN FRONT of the very person I'm not supposed to embarrass myself in front of.

Boss Baby POV:

I look down at Y/n I didn't really know what to do, I'm not very good at comforting people at all, Templeton said that himself. I sit down with her and say, "I'm sorry about Bella." I look down and I don't know what else to say.

Y/n's POV:

I looked at Boss Baby I've never seen him be so sympathetic for someone else in my life. "Well she thinks she's the cutest baby in the office." I say coldly. Boss Baby looked at me and said, "That's not true." "I know someone cuter than her." I say, "Who?" He then looks away from me and says, "You." I look at him shocked and I say, "Me!" He nodded his head blush creeps across my face. I crawl closer to him and hug him. "Thank you Boss Baby," I say quietly. He hugs me and says "No problem."
