Kunj takes out something from his pocket and twinkle widens her eyes seeing it. It was a filled syringe. She was looking at him like 'has he gone mad'.

T(shocked)- this is surprise?

K(grins)- yes baby only for u. Ok i knw u r very confused so let me explain. This is not a normal injection. This is a birth control shot DEPO PROVERA. As u knw yesterday we did our session without using any protection or our upcoming sessions will be like this only so if we want to enjoy our newly married life without any tension then we will have to start these. No worries u just have to take one injection after every 3 months. So good na.

Twinkle gulps hard seeing the syringe bcz she has phobia of needles. In past whenever she needs to take injection the whole  situation turns out to be funny. She used to start running and screaming and her little brother Rehan used to laugh at her and teases her. Her parents used to console her after that. K- no no pills r such a headache what if u miss any pill. Nah cant take risk.

Although twinkle was very scared but she doesnt want to show it in front of him bcz she knws he will definitely take advantage of her this weakness for torchuring her more. So she takes a deep breath and lies down silently clutching the sheets in her fist tightly. Kunj smirks seeing her shivering like a leaf but trying to show herself fearless. He was enjoying her this state. He gets up and pulls her salwar down more than even required. Twinkle tenses up feeling exposed plus scared. Suddenly kunj spanks her hard making her scream slightly. She turns and looks at him with wide eyes.

K- oops sry but ur muscles were tensed so i had to do that to make u relax. Its ok just stay still and dont be scared.

T- i..i m n..not...and pls can we get done with this soon i m sleepy.

K(hiding his smirk)- ofcourse.

Twinkle again turns around and buries her face in pillow. Kunj looks at her butt which was red bcz of his harsh spank. He slowly caressed them making her hiss. He starts fondling them.

Twinkle sighs and throws her head in pillow. She knws there was no way to stop him. Suddenly kunj inserts needle in her soft skin with full force making her scream loudly. She wasnt prepared for this and he purposely pushed it with force which makes it 10 times more painfull. He wasnt even near to being gentle. He was doing as if he is injecting a cattle. Twinkle's tears makes their way down wetting her face. She tries to control herself but ended up crying out loud. It was paining her like hell but she couldnt do anything bcz kunj was holding her waist tight. After injecting he rubs it hardly making her jerk in more pain then leaves her to deal with it. No sweet comforting words or trying to make her stop crying nothing....He just disposes needle in dustbin and after cleaning his hands lies down beside twinkle.
