Revenge...but whose?

Part 20

Like this somedays passed. Roshnik and doodle took very good care of twinkle. To lift her mood they used to pick silly fights, nik cracks silly jokes and she also smiles bt just to make them realise that she is fine bt from inside she was like a dead person. After kunj's confession she was feeling like she has lost everything. There is no hope in her life. But she again didnt try to take that stupid step just for roshnik and doodle. She has seen how much worried they were. She dont want to trouble them anymore. They already have done so much for her. 

About Kunj toh he didnt came to meet twinkle again bt unknown to everyone he always used to see her when noone was around. Dont knw why bt he was feeling strange pull towards her. He doesnt want to give her anymore pain thats why he decided it will be better if they part their ways otherwise he will end up hurting her more. So he even talked to his lawyer for divorce papers but whenever he sees her lifeless face he just wants to take her in his embarace and forget what happened in past bt for some reasons he cant forget that. The situation he has faced wasnt that much easy for him to let it go. Whenever he thinks about those days his mind and his anger always overpowers his heart and he thinks whatever is he doing is absolutely r8 bt somewhere in his heart he knws he did very wrong.

One day;

Kunj was passing through the corridor when he sees doodle entering in Twinkle's room with a nurse. He frowns thinking what must have happened and peeps inside hiding behind the door.

Inside the room;

D- hlo twinkle how r u feeling now?

T(smiles slightly)- good bhaiya.

D- thats gr8 and after taking medicines u will be perfectly fit and fine then we can have some more fun r8. (twinkle smiles and nods) Ok so lie down its ur medicine time. Lets get over with this quickly hmm.

Twinkle looks at nurse who has started preparing shot. Kunj already knws about her fear of injections so he thinks now she will definitely deny for it and he wanna see how doodle gonna handle her tantrums bcz as much he knw him, doodle is not a very calm person when it comes to handling patients tantrums. He becomes so much strict bt he loves twinkle so he cant scold her then what will he do bt to kunj's surprise twinkle doesnt say even a word and silently lies down on her stomach.

Doodle takes the syringe from nurse and nurse pulls twinkle's kurti up and leggings slightly down so that doodle can inject. Kunj notice twinkle's trembling hands fists sheets tightly like she always does when he injects her but not for once she protests. Doodle wipes that area and very softly darts needle in her skin. After injecting medicine he takes it out and rubs little.

D- r u ok twinkle?

Twinkle doesnt say anything just shows him thumbs up sign and her face was still buried in pillow. Kunj was shocked seeing that she didnt even flinch or cry. He wonders was doodle much better in giving shots than him that she didnt feel pain.

D- ok so u take rest now. I have some patients so i will come back later.

Twinkle nods and after kissing her hairs doodle and that nurse left. As they left twinkle slowly turns on her side and kunj widens his eyes seeing her face was soaked with tears. She tries to rub her back but yelps when she feels more pain and just lies down in same position crying hard. He silently comes inside and without saying anything he starts rubbing her back. Twinkle flinches feeling his touch but becomes shocked seeing him sitting there with an emotionless face.

T(whispers)- kunj u here?

K- if u were in pain u should have told him. He must have massaged it so that ur pain can go away. He cares for u. U should not hide anything from him.
