Chapter 6

Sam, Mikaela, Leo and I were hiding from the world (I learned Leo's name when we introduced ourselves in Bumblebee) and Leo was watching the news on his phone while Mikaela was holding me as I was looking down numb.

"Hey bro, you need to listen to this man! You gotta check this out!" Leo yelled. "They have a picture of me, man. We're dead bro. FBI, CIA, we are wanted fugitives now! I just need you to focus for one minute man!"

"Just stop!" Sam yelled as I looked over at the two as I was getting annoyed by this.

"This thing has blown up to a whole other level, all right?" Leo said and I stood up and walked over as Sam was trying to take Leo's phone away but I beat him to it.

"You know what kid, this thing they can track us!" I said while crushing it in my right hand as Leo backed away from me. "So no more phones or other devices okay?" I said with a low growl before walking off.

I walked away from the group and fell down on my knees and wrapped my arms around me while tears fell. I rock back and forth as I know the pain in me now. The pain of my mate is gone, I remember back in the old days when there were humans who didn't know about the world yet and they always prayed upon us for help and guidance. All the male gods try to get my attention for their love but I want someone that loves me for who I am instead of my looks. Optimus loves both sides of me, my goddess side and my human side, and when I shared that kiss I felt all the love and passion within that kiss. Now that he is gone I cannot find another mate in my life.

"(Y/N)?" I looked over and saw Sam with sadness in his eyes. "How are you feeling?"

"The truth, shitty but most of all broken. Sam Optimus was my mate." I said as he sat down next to me and rubbed my back.

"He was your true love?" Sam asked as I nodded.

"Yes...now that he is gone, I can never love or mate anyone again. Optimus is the only one that I love with all my heat but he is gone for good." I said with a cracky voice.

"Don't worry (y/n) there gotta be another way to..." I look at him.

"What are you thinking?" I ask him.

"Come on!" Sam said while standing up and holding out his hand while I reached out and grabbed his hand while he pulled me up.

Sam and I ran back to the others where Bumblebee, Mudflap, Skids, and Mikaela were at. Sam let go of my hand and I walked over to Bumblebee and he reached down and patted my head with his finger. Looking up at him with a soft smile.

"Thanks Bee." I said as he squealed a little bit.

"You two!" Sam called out as Skids and Mudflap looked down at Sam. "Hey, you know the glyphs?" Sam showed his arm with a marking on his arm. "These? The symbols that have been rattling around in my head?"

"Whoo, that's, that's old school yo. That's, that's Cybertronian." Skids said.

"Oh that's some serious stuff right there." Mudflap said.

"They gotta mean something, like a message or like a map. Like a map to an Energon source! Can you read this?" Sam asked the twins.

"Read?" Skids said while looking at his brother.

"We, no. We don't really do much reading. Not so much." Mudflap said.

"If you can't read it, we gotta find somebody who can." Sam said and I walked over and placed a hand on Sam's shoulder.

"Look who came sashaying back." Skids said as Leo walked up to us.

"Hair growing like a Chia Pet. Look at him. Look at that." Mudflap said as glare that the two.

"Knock it off you two." I said as both of them stopped and held up their hands in surrender.

"I had a bit of a mild panic attack earlier, right?" Leo said while looking at Sam.

"That's because you're a pussy." Mudflap said as Skids and Mudflap chuckled but stopped once they saw my glare at them.

"I think I'm allowed to do that, considering what I've been through. I heard you have a problem. I think I know someone who can help." Leo said to Sam and Sam asked 'who' and Leo smiled. "Robo-Warrior."

"Okay we will see this Robo-Warrior." Sam said while looking at me as I looked at him. "What about it? Will you help me on this (y/n) and maybe we can bring Optimus back." I smile at this.

"What are you talking about, of course I am coming with Sam. Plus if there is a way to bring Optimus back I will do anything within my power that I have to bring Optimus back. I will be by your side the whole way Sam." I told him as he smiled and hugged me as I hugged back. "That's what best friends are for." I whispered the last part to him and I felt him smiling.
