- Jane's pov -

I was writing down notes from history in study hall with Evie, who'd sometimes get distracted by Doug

"If we already know all this, why do we have to take notes?"

She tapped her pen against her notebook

"It's not so bad, Eve."

Doug flashed her an award winning smile one sort of similar to Charming
But to Evie, it was even better than award winning due to them being soulmates
Everyone has a different kind of soulmate bond, some can't see colors, some have strings, some see the color of aura around their soulmate, I have a symbol mark that should fade when I find my soul mate, this can also come in the form of a phrase

My symbol was of a pirate like flag with a hunting rifle instead of a skull
Evie apparently couldn't see the color green up in till coming to Auradon

"Maybe your soulmate is like a mix of Peter pan and Robin hood?"

Doug suggests while writing his notes down
Before I could reply, Chad comes in

"Jane, there you are!"

He makes his way over while fixing his hair

"I have to look perfect for Audrey, and you're a big role in my story. I need you."

Rolling my eyes at his dramatics, I pick my stuff up and follow him
But this is how things have been basically my whole life. If Chad needed something or wanted something, I got it somehow since I'm supposed to be his fairy godmother

"Alright, what do you need, Chad?"

He opened his locker and handed me a series of items, a banner, paint, and a hammer with nails
I'm surprised he even dared touch the rusted hammer

"Now, I'll need this done by the end of the day."

I smile in return and head off to find a place for this to be set up

"Need help, Janie?"

Looking over to where the voice came from, I see Lonnie, Navada, and Charlie la bouff
Navada and Charlie had been soulmates basically since the dawn of time. Their moms were best friends since they were kids and grew up together

"Yeah, I guess so."

Charlie took the paint bucket and hammer, while the girls helped me with the banner

"I can't believe he'd let a beautiful young lady carry all this rubbish all on her lone some."

He said as he climbed up the ladder we found to nail the banner to the trees

"Chad's just been pampered his whole life he can't really help it."

Lonnie and Navada share a look

"And his mom is cinderella. The woman was a slave half her life before Prince Charming."

"Honey, you really need to realize that he just likes to take advantage of you because your supposed to fix his story."
