I was never really one to torture for information, there are usually other methods to get it. Although I'm starting to really contemplate the idea as I finished tying the Vampire to the chair. The chain was wrapped securely around his torso and extra tight around its arms and legs. The Vampire's skin seems to hiss in discomfort whenever the Blessed metal would make contact with his bare skin. Good, it means the metal's working. How else are you supposed to get information out from a Vampire anyways? They're evil, manipulative, and not to mention cunning, according to my unbiased point of view. If push comes to shove then whatever is there left for a girl to do? I never said that it was ever below me to resort to such measures.

With that mind set, I walked up to the Vampire and gripped the flat end of the protruding stake. It took two forceful pulls before I was able to completely remove it. I watched almost animatedly as the Vampire came back to life. His eyes, almost immediately snapped open. First thing I noticed was how he gasped for air. Funny how, seeing he never really needed. It must have been some involuntary action of his time as human before his awakening.  The next, was how dilated his eyes are as they were filled with a emotion I can only place as akin to fear for a Vamp. Its weird seeing them like that, an action so human yet their very nature is truly something that is not.

As expected, the Vampire started to struggle against the chains. His efforts were futile of course seeing as any sudden movement would just cause the Blessed metal to burn him further. He looked frantically around the room until he spotted me and then the realization dawned on him. For a moment he started to struggle against the chains until he finally decided it was pointless. Must hurt like he'll too, instead he just opted to glare at me.

"You let me live." His voice was raspy and raw." Why?"

I didn't answer, just turned around the toss the stake on the leather couch. Sitting down, I picked up my dagger and feigned complete interest in it as I traced a finger along its sharpened blade. The Vampire didn't take being ignored very well.

"Don't fuck with me women!" He hissed fangs extended. "Answer my question."

I crossed my long legs onto the table with a deliberate bang. My eyes locked with his.

My voice, low and cold. "Hey now,  I don't think your at all inthe position to be asking questions here, parasite." I said, spinning the dagger lazily around my fingers..

"Yeah, apparently I'm a little tied up at the moment to do anything about it." He sneered, rolling his eyes. "And the name's Torren."

Apparently, the Vampire's picky about being called a parasite. Go figure too prideful for there own good. I ignored his earlier comment and continue to lock gazes.

"Okay then, Torren." He rolled his eyes again when I emphasized his name. God, who knew Vamps were such drama queens. "Why are you here?"

"Well isn't it obvious," he grinned in open amusement while his eyes gleaned as if he was keeping some wicked secret. "I'm here for you of course." Torren spoke with a faint Scottish accent, his words were simple and obvious. Although I couldn't help but feel there's something behind it.

Great." I said. "Now here's where you tell me just exactly why your here for me and who sent you." I stopped twirling the dagger; instead let it dangle between my finger tips menacingly as I leaned forward. Torren, however, didn't seem so impressed at the subtle display of threat.

Cocking his head to the side, he scoffed. "Sorry to inform you missy, but I don't think I feel like telling you." Smirking, he tried to lean back against the chair as if he was the one in control here. Even bounded, his attitude is still on blast.
