Houses flashed past the window. Astra felt a great leap of excitement. The rhythmic clattering of the wheels against the tracks filled the air as the adventure of a lifetime began.

Astra's cheerful and mischievous demeanor was on full display as she grinned at the two boys across from her. "You guys really are lifesavers, you know that? I was struggling with all those bags!"

Theodore, sitting across from her, chuckled and gave a modest shrug. "It was no trouble at all, it was quite funny to see you struggling, but we couldn't just leave you to struggle or it would give you a reason to call us assholes"

Astra laughed at him, "giant assholes," Astra said she nodded, pulling some chocolate out of her pocket and offering some to the boys, "you guys like chocolate?"

"You just carry chocolate on you?" Blaise asked with a raised eyebrow

"Mhmm, chocolate fixes everything," Astra says with a smile. "You guys helped me out, the least I could do is offer you some of my stash."

Blaise, who sat beside Theodore, shook his head, a polite smile on his face. "We're just glad to help."

Theodore reached over grabbing some chocolate, thanking her as he did so.

As the train gathered speed, Astra couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement. She bounced slightly in her seat, her energy infectious. "I can't believe we're finally on our way to Hogwarts! This is going to be amazing, I've been waiting practically my whole life for this day!"

Theodore leaned back comfortably, studying Astra with an amused glint in his eyes. "You're certainly enthusiastic, Black. From what I heard, all you Black's were stuck up and cold. Heard that the Black's were a family of pureblood supremist Slytherins."

Astra's grin faltered. "Well, my dad was in Gryffindor... Plus, I'm not one to get hung up on blood status. Magic is magic, right? Think its rather stupid when people judge someone based on their blood status."

Blaise, nodded in agreement. "You have a point I guess. I've read a lot of books and there are plenty of strong wizards who are half-bloods or muggleborn."

Theodore opened his mouth to say something but was cut off.

The compartment door slid open, and a few more students peeked inside, searching for empty seats. Astra welcomed them with a warm smile and an inviting gesture, making space for them in the compartment. But the kids took one look at the boys sitting across from her and quickly left

"Well that was rude," Astra muttered

Theodore just shrugged his shoulder, "who cares, wouldn't want to waste my time with people like them anyways."

"People like them?" Astra asked in confusion

"Well they more than likely recognised who were were... our families dont exactly have the best reputations. If that scared them away, then they more than likely aren't worth a moment of our time," Theodore said with a shrug, "I don't see a reason to spend time with people who think they have you all figured out just because of which family you come from."

The door of the compartment slid open, and Jasper Rowle stuck his head inside, his presence immediately drawing the attention of Astra, Theodore, and Blaise. His gaze swept over the occupants of the compartment, and then he casually took the empty seat next to Astra, not even bothering to give her a second glance.

"There you are, Nott... Zabini," he remarked with a hint of annoyance in his tone. "I've been looking everywhere for you two."

Theodore sighed inwardly but managed a polite nod. "Well, you found us," he replied, his tone not exactly welcoming.
