You broke up with your boyfriend about a month ago. You couldn't lie, it did hurt, and you also noticed the looks he's been giving you this past month. The decision to breakup was taken by the both of you..ironically though, none of you actually wanted to end things. You two have just been arguing a lot lately, and it's been hard. Deep down you and Denki really wanted to start all over again. Love is love after all.
"Mina, I told you..I don't wanna be around him, can't I just have lunch with the others today?" "But you always sit with us Y/N..I promise, it'll be fine" She pleaded. "Okay okay, I'll come with you" After 10 minutes of Mina trying to convince you and sit with the Bakusquad like always, you finally agreed. As you sat down you saw Kaminari scanning your figure and every movement you did. Bakugou and Mina were next to you. She was your best friend, while Bakugou always treated like a sister, kinda. Of course he was friend with Kaminari, but he was more protective of your feelings, if you didn't want to be around Denki or he insisted too much, Bakugou would take your side. And right now he was paying extra attention to what your ex wpuld dare to say. The whole group tried to lighten up the mood and talk like always. "Hey guys wanna see the new movie tomorrow night?" Asked Sero. They all said yes. "Y/N? You wanna come?" Asked Kaminari in a low tone. "Uh..I-I guess I'll come too" they all gave you a smile.
"GURL YOU NEED TO WEAR SOMETHING REAL GOOD TONIGHT!!" "Mina..I don't even know if I still want to come to the movies with you guys.." "Y/N, it'll be okay, plus I know you both aren't over the breakup. And please.. Kaminari totally wants to be with you again, and you want it too Y/N" "Yeah, but it's not that simple Mina" "I know, and it's okay!! You just need to have fun tonight!! We'll all be there for you if that dumbass says something okay?" "Thanks" you mumbled

As you and Mina approached the group of guys you could see Kaminari's eyes widen upon seeing your figure. You two walked into the cinema and you payed your ticket after Kirishima manly tried to pay it for you and Mina. As you were waiting for the others a guy approached you. "Hey beautiful, you with somebody?" "Uhh..I'm with my friends-" "Mind coming with me instead?" He asked with a smirk. "I'm sorry but no" as you refused, he grabbed your wrist forcefully. "Let her go, will ya idiot?" Asked Bakugou. Before anyone could even respond a punch landed on the man's face. "KAMINARI, GET OFF OF HIM, YOU CAN'T DO THIS" you were panicking. "WHY ARE YOU SCOLDING ME? HE DESERVED IT" as you two were yelling some security guards led you all outside. Kirishima and Sero took care of them and you all didn't get in trouble. You then walked away from the cinema. You weren't talking with anyone.
"Come on, why are you mad at me Y/N? I literally did what any good boyfriend would have done-" "You aren't my boyfriend anymore though!!" You yelled out of frustration. "How can you say that? Because I know damn well you still love me, your eyes never lie. And I love you too-" "So what? Love doesn't change anything!!" He looked at you, growing angrier by how you were handling your breakup. "Love is all that actually matters!! We may argue a lot, but we've always came back to each other. Maybe that's just how our relationship is meant to be-" "No it's not Kaminari!! I don't want a relationship like that!! Who would want that?! Come on- I just want a healthy connection with someone who can take things seriously and knows how to communicate'' Kaminari scoffed at you. "I've ALWAYS took our relationship seriously! And I know how to communicate, we just have different ways to do that!!" He spat out angrily. That last sentence hit you. You never thought about that. Kaminari was the type to handle a problem through a big amount of time. If he needed to calm down first he wouldn't talk. On the other hand, you were more the type to try and discuss things immediately. Maybe that's why you two never really got to talk things out like you both wanted. Does that matter now though? You two already broke up.
