Chapter 4: A helping hand

Two days went by since Jirou asked Kaminari if he could help her with her training, she wanted to improve her agility and speed, nothing that necessary involved her quirk. Kaminari was walking alone through the hallway when he heard someone calling his name

Jirou: Yoo, Denki. The purple-haired girl called to him.

Kaminari: Sup' EJ.

Jirou: EJ?- She looked at him confused about that nickname he just said.

Kaminari: Yes, because of Earphone Jack- He chuckled

Jirou: Oh, right hehe...

Kaminari: So, you asked Aizawa sensei for permission to use the Gamma gym for our training tonight?

Jirou reached for her backpack, pulling out a sheet of paper with the teacher's signature.

Jirou: We are clear to go Denks.- She said while holding the paper in front of him and with her thumbs up.

Kaminari: Niceee, then I see you at the gym at what? 6:00 pm?

Jirou: Hmmmm...what about 5:30 pm? and we meet up at the dorm's entrance? I don't want to miss dinner if we end up staying a little longer training.- She said to him, she didn't wanted to train too late at night and find herself in need of cooking her own dinner because of arriving late from training.

Kaminari: Alright, see you then Jirou.

Jirou: Later Denks. She waved at him while walking away in the opposite direction.

But what Kaminari didn't realize, was that his friends were looking at them from afar.

Classes were over, the Bakusquad was walking back to the dorms, Mina wasn't with them though, she left with Hagakure earlier; something about going shopping for makeup and other girly stuff. Kirishima, Sero, and Kaminari were walking back from school along the pathway on their way to their dorms, Bakugo was with them too but walking a little ahead of them. Like always, he wasn't interested in their conversation.

Sero: You gotta be shitting me!!! HAHAHAHAH

Kaminari: I swear to you, I saw it with my own eyes dude HAHAHA

Kirishima: Did that girl really kicked Mineta that hard?

Kaminari: Bro, he flew, literally HAHAHAHAH.- Kaminari was trying to hold his cool, but the story of what he saw during lunch was way too hilarious.

Apparently, Mineta tried flirting with some first-year girls, but because he was so short, the two girls he was trying to impress didn't even notice him. Until he was waaaay too close, when the girls realized what was happening, they freaked out and one of them kicked the living shit out of the little bastard. And Kaminari saw it in 4K.

Sero: Ahhh...shit, god, it was a while since a laughed so hard.- The black-haired tall guy said while wiping some tears off his cheeks.

Kaminari: I'm telling you guys, you should have been there...

But the topic suddenly changed when Kirishima spoke.

Kirishima: So...Kaminari, we heard you are going to train with Jirou later?

Kaminari: Well, I'm just helping her train, is more about her and not my training.- He said looking back at Kirishima

Sero: Tomato tomatoe bro.

Kaminari: I'm just saying...- He replied to Sero's remark.

Kirishima: You sure spend more time with her lately, more than before.- Kirishima pointed out

Kaminari: Well, yeah kinda...most of the time we just jam in our rooms or she helps me with my homework.

Sero: Hope is not the only thing she's helping you out with...- Sero said muttering and with a smirk on his face, but Kaminari didn't catch what his friend just said.
