Bens POV

Its almost sunset were heading to the watering hole this is so scary!! Darius started holding my hand i looked at our hands we got to the watering hole me and darius sat down and i waited till sunset i looked at Yaz and she winked and gave me a thumbs up "hey sammy lets jump together" "okay!" They jumped into the water "ehm darius?" I say nervously holding my knees up to my chest "yeah?" Darius responds "uhm can i tell you something?" I get more nervous thinking i shouldnt say anything "of course whats up?" He says i breath in and hang my legs over the edge and lean forward and then "i-" Is all i could say before falling into the water i get back up coughing "Ben are you alright?" Brooklyn asks "y-yeah" i say shivering "what happened?" Yaz asks me "i fell" i say partly embarassed but partly happy i didnt tell darius and then partly sad i didnt tell him

later i was sitting in the cave with a towel on my head curled up in blankets darius comes "hey ben?" He asks "y-yeah" i say still shivering "you were truing to tell me something earlier it seemed kinda important" he says making me nervous "oh? I ehm forgot but ill tell you later?" I say "oh okay"
