He was the quiet kid, kind with mostly everyone. He wasn't necessarily shy, he just chose to be calm and a good student. He was never really interested in love, though he have tried with a few girls, and even though it didn't work out with the girls, he knew he wasn't gay, but he realized he was not straight either easily.

He was so perfect, popular, strong, handsome, and not as dumb as the other guys. Felix is very popular, it's surprising he doesn't have a girlfriend yet, and no one suspect him of liking guys, even less a 'weak' nerdy elf like Zak. He talked only once or twice to him, for school work, so they aren't even friends.

Zak never really got interested in Felix, even if he did, he knew he wouldn't have any chance with him. Eventually though, just before Zak entered the classroom, he got bumped into and hit his back on the wall, dropping his stuff. "ow ow, jesus christ-" he was going to complain, but he realized it was an accident so he just looked at who bumped into him.

"I'm sorry man are you okay?" Felix asked as he put his hand on Zak's shoulder. Zak stared, and nodded, surprised Felix would be kind to a nerd like him.

Felix smiled at him and grabbed the stuff that fell, giving it back to Zak "here, I'll look where I'm going next time" Zak took his stuff as he still stares, shocked. Then after a few seconds he made a little smile and went to sit quickly. Anyone would think it was an accident, but it wasn't, Felix purposely bumped into him. He was intrigued by Zak, and he wanted to get him to fall in love with him.

Felix left to get his book in his locker and when he came back, instead of sitting in the back with his friends like he usually do, he sat beside Zak. Which definitely made Zak confused. Then the bell rang and the class started. Zak was trying his best to focus, but he kept glancing at Felix, questioning stuff.

Like 15 minutes later, the teacher said to do some work in their book and they can do it in teams of two or alone, quietly. Zak would work alone as none of his friends are in this class, and a few people called for Felix to team with them, making Zak look behind at the people talking. Then Zak glanced at Felix, who was staring at him so they made eye contact. Zak flinched and looked at his book quickly.

Felix directly grinned at this reaction and moved his chair closer to Zak's desk, Zak looked at him with wide eyes. "we can team?" Felix asked. Zak took a long second, staring at him, and then nodded.

Then they started working, Felix was quite good in math, surprisingly. Zak was like 99% sure Felix would use him to finish quickly, but he was actually working and they would help each others. They were having a nice bond with each others, which surprised some people behind.

Since they were both quite good at it, they quickly finished. Zak was expecting him to leave once they were done, but Felix didn't, and got his phone out. Then gave it to him "There's a number I don't have" Felix said, after all Felix indeed have almost everyone's number, but he didn't have Zak's.

Zak understood, and wrote his number, not caring much.

Felix grinned at him, which made Zak question everything, Felix might be into guys. Then the bell rang and everyone left. Zak didn't even wait, he directly went to tell his friends and his sister about what happened. For the whole day, everytime Felix would get in Zak's vision, they'd make eye contact, which made everything worse in Zak's mind.

Eventually, school was done, and Zak went back home with his sister. Their parents greeted them and Zak directly went in his room, he directly did his homework so that he has the rest of his night, like usual. After doing his homework he went to eat as his mom called him. After he ate, he hung out with his dad a bit and then went to his room he now has to chose between walking outside or playing video games, but then he checked his phone, seeing a message. Surprised, as no one ever talks to him, except those rare time his friends want to do something, he checked it. He then froze staring at the message.
