Yerin and Taehyung soon arrived at the police station after hanging up the call. Im Hyojung was seen sitting on a chair with her legs crossed, and beside her was one of their neighbour who seemed to have injuries on her head.

"Are you Jung Yerin?" the Officer asked. Yerin nodded her head while looking at her mum. Her mum did not bother giving her any second look and was just behaving as if she did nothing.

"What happened to her?" Yerin asked the Officer.

"Your mum was seen attempting to kill off a cat in the neighbourhood and was caught red-handed by Mrs Kwon. Mrs Kwon wanted to bring her to the police station and suddenly your mum started attacking Mrs Kwon. These are all according to what Mrs Kwon has provided us with, and upon checking the CCTV, Mrs Kwon is not wrong."

Yerin looked at her mum once again with a disapproving look.

"Did you really do that?"

"The evidence is there, what else can I say? Honestly Officer you didn't have to ask this ungrateful brat here. I attempted to kill an animal and attacked a person, so I'll be jailed for a few weeks right? Okay then just lock me up now."

Everyone was frowning upon hearing what Im Hyojung said.

"So you do admit your wrongdoings huh? Then why would you do that? Is the life of a cat not a life?" Mrs Kwon asked.

"And that's up to me, it's my choice of what I want to do to it, and I am holding the consequences I am now." Im Hyojung said as she rolled her eyes.

Mrs Kwon's face contorted with rage while she curled up her lips. "Wow so now you are talking about consequences? Since we are already here I might as well should just reveal the truth that year."

Everyone was confused with what Mrs Kwon was referring to, even Im Hyojung herself. Mrs Kwon took out her phone and handed it to Officer Lee after a few taps on her phone. Officer Lee took over the phone and after a few minutes, a frown could be seen from his facial expression.

Officer Lee turned the phone to Im Hyojung and said "What sayings do you have for this?"

To all their surprise, it shows clips of Im Hyojung putting some type of pills into a guy's cup of water and the scene of how Yerin stabbed the guy afterwards while Im Hyojung was behind watching everything, not trying to stop at all.

The next clip was a clip of Im Hyojung abusing Yerin and Im Hyojung doesn't seem like she wants to stop even with Yerin pleading her over and over. Yerin has since fainted on the ground and Im Hyojung couldn't care about her and left a spat on her.

These scenes were like nightmares coming back to Yerin as she started shaking while watching the videos. Taehyung noticed how badly she was shaking and immediately pulled her into a hug.

Im Hyojung gave Mrs Kwon a deadly stare and questioned her loudly, "When the hell did you film all this video?!"

"You were so immersed in whatever you were doing, that you didn't even pay attention to me when I was witnessing the whole thing outside" Mrs Kwon said as she let out waves of laughter. She then turned her head to Yerin and gave Yerin a deep bow.

"Yerin ah, I'm so sorry. Mrs Kwon knew how all these years you were being framed for murdering your dad. I knew the truth but did not stand up for you. I was such a coward, I didn't dare to turn up the evidence to the police because I was afraid that your mum would take revenge on me. I still have kids at home that I have to take care of, I couldn't risk my life... I'm really sorry Yerin ah. I know there's nothing that I can do now anymore...but Mrs Kwon is really sorry for being a coward..."
