After some more walking, Gabriel felt his stomach grumbling. Bob didn't notice the sound though , still letting its curious spirit guide it through the forest. It kept analyzing each tree it saw , it kept looking at the ground , noticing the ants that were moving around.
"Are those...?" Bob asked as it pointed towards the ants.
"Yes , they're the same as you." Gabriel answered. He only smiled like a proud parent whose child took their first steps.
"Wah..." Bob whispered as it stood up. It looked at its hands like it realized something all of a sudden.
They were at the park area of the forest , though the pathways were unpaved , he knew soon they would reach the city.

After some more walking...
They reached the city. While Bob was taking the sight all to itself, Gabriel put a hand on his stomach. He couldn't resist it any longer...
"You feeling a bit hungry?" Gabriel asked , stopping himself from walking. Bob stopped too.
"'Hungry'?" Bob asked surprised. "What's that...?"
"It's...when you have this sensation in your body..." Gabriel answered a bit surprised. "Like you have a hole inside of you...? I guess..."
Bob never ate food before...?
Gabriel looked at Bob curiously. He never thought about it before...about the fact that if Gods ever required food to eat , unlike them. Even though he was an atheist , the question seemed to intrigue him. He wanted to know more about Gods.
"I never had that sensation before." Bob replied as it felt a bit hollow. "But I want to try your 'human' food that I never ate before."
"You...never ate anything in your life?" He asked finally after a few moments of silence.
"As a God , I don't require nutrition to live." Bob answered while playing with its long white hair.
...and that was the answer he wanted a few moments ago. Gabriel only rubbed his chin , quite satisfied with the information he found.
"Huh...Well then , wait here." Gabriel smiled as he gave it his jacket. "I'm gonna grab something for the both of us."
He was now in his white T-shirt with flowers on it. Though he felt the cold air pierce him , he still didn't give in to the pain. Bob wanted to protest , but he simply rushed to the place he wanted to go , making it obey him.

A few minutes later...

Bob was still holding tight to Gabriel's blue jacket , realizing just how thin its body was. The jacket was really warm and puffy , making it feel something it never felt before. Happiness...? As it felt its hair fluttering again due to wind , Bob soon noticed Gabriel coming back with something in his hand.
"Ta-dah...!" Gabriel exclaimed as he revealed what he was holding.
To Bob , it was something peculiar it never saw , but Gabriel knew it was just a simple burger.
"I don't eat this during the morning though , so I wanted to share it with you!" Gabriel added , trying to be braver than before.
There were about three people near them , all occupied with their activities. They were on a boulevard that had only birch trees. They were captivating to it though.
"Oh?" Bob replied in surprise as it noticed Gabriel's excitement. "I shall.....I will....feast....eat it." Bob tried to smile again , this time its smile being more perfect than before. Gabriel felt a bit flattered by its cute smile.
"Here , I'll unwrap it for you." Gabriel said as he unwrapped half of the burger, giving the food then to it.
Bob holded the burger in a strange manner , making its contents almost fall.
"A-ah...right , I should teach you how to hold it properly." Gabriel mumbled as he helped it.
"Sorry..." Bob apologized.
"There's no need to worry...Bob. You're still learning and I shall be your teacher." Gabriel smiled as he made a hand gesture , trying to teach Bob how to grasp it."Hold it...like this." Bob only stared surprised as it took a bite out of the burger that was in his hands. Its antennas rose up , making it look excited at him. It hid them quickly as it was aware of the people around them.
"This is...! Such a delicacy...!" It exclaimed. "What do you call this?" Bob pointed to the food.
"It's a 'burger'. It's basically buns , tomato , chicken , lettuce , onion and some sauce I do not remember the name of." Gabriel explained as it let it take more bites. He then noticed how it was close to finishing it. "Hey! Hey! Please leave some for me..."
"Oh , right...! Sorry , Gab...." Bob replied as it backed down. Gabriel's face turned red when he heard the nickname Bob gave him. He did like it though.
It licked its lips while he finished the rest.
"Glad you liked it , Bob!" Gabriel chuckled slightly after he licked his fingers. It was staring at something else now , his fingers. It was his black painted nails.
"Humans aren't born with those either , right?" Bob asked as it pointed towards his nails.
"Ah...well....we do have nails , but some people like to paint them , me included." Gabriel answered as he looked somewhere else - it was the trash bin. He wanted to throw the paper bag the burger was wrapped in. "Please stay here." Gabriel said , making Bob close its mouth.

As the two kept walking through the city , Bob kept asking thousands upon thousands of questions about what not. Gabriel was only thankful that at least he managed to write that article in time. That's how they spent the rest of the morning , talking about different brands , clothing , so on.
"We're getting close to my home , Bob." Gabriel announced as they reached the end of the city streets.
"...'home'?" Bob asked surprised while it stared at Gabriel.
"You... don't have a home...?" Gabriel asked more astonished than it.
"No...I only lived in the void all my life." Bob sighed for the first time , something captivating its gaze. It was a bird chirping cheerfully.
"So...that's why you wanted...to be....here?" Gabriel gulped , hoping he wasn't evading Bob's personal space. It didn't seem bothered at all by the question.
"Yes...I wanted...to know how it feels like to be human." Bob answered as they kept walking.
Something about its answer didn't please Gabriel. He knew it probably was reincarnated before , but he didn't want to be forceful about it.
"I'm sure Bob'll tell me when it's more comfortable with me." Gabriel reassured himself as he noticed his home sitting peacefully on a very low hill , covered by many oak trees.
"We're getting closer now." Gabriel announced again as he looked at Bob. It seemed very motivated to see his home , making him feel happy inside.
