On Booklace, I met Truman Knowles from the USA. We initially connected through the platform’s chat feature, but it wasn’t long before we moved to email, deepening our connection in a more personal way. Unlike many others I had encountered online, he didn't rush things or bombard me with compliments. Instead, our exchanges felt natural and genuine.

A few days later, as I was going through my usual morning routine of checking emails and organizing my tasks for the day, something caught my eye. Amid the usual flood of work-related messages and newsletters, there was a new email in my inbox that instantly stood out. It was from Truman. The anticipation that had been building since our last conversation now surged as I hovered over the subject line
