"You know I'm going to beat you, right?" Ezra said to Addison at the begging of the mountain trail.

"In your wet dreams." Addison snickered. Tony and Addison both started laughing while Ezra just stood there at a loss for words.

"Can we just get this race done?" Ezra said while stretching.

"So what do you want me to do again?" Tony asked.

"Just go to the end of the trail and call us when you get there so we know when to start running. That way you can see who won." Addison told him.

Tony sighed. "Great. Even more walking." He grumbled as he started his trek to the top.

When he was about half way up, he noticed a little bird near the a very steep slope. He walked a little closer to it and to his surprise, it didn't fly away.

"Hey little guy." He uttered to the bird. The bird hopped closer and Tony was able to see that it's wing was hanging ajar.

"What happened to you?" Tony asked the bird knowing it couldn't answer. He got closer and offered its hand out. Suddenly, as the bird jumped out of the way, Tony lost his balance and fell face first toward the slope, tumbling down.

After rolling down the rocky slope for what seemed like hours, Tony finally stoped. He got up and rubbed his head.

"Owww, damn it." Tony growled. He looked back up from where he fell. It was a long way up. He noticed he had ripped some of his clothing while he fell.

Tony signed and got up. He took out his phone only to see he had no service. Seeing this, he tried crawling back up only for the dirt to slip from under his feet causing him to fall again. He was way off the path now. He was surrounded by over grown grass and tall thick trees.

After a few more try's at climbing back up, He decided that his best bet would be to try and walk through the forest and find a way out.

Walked for a while trying to find the path to no avail.   He walked for a while.

"Great, now I'm going to die out here because I saw a stupid bird!" Yelled Tony as he kicked a rock into some bushes next to the mountain side.

Tap tap tap

Tony stopped walking as he heard the echo oc the rock hitting stone. He went back to the bush. He stared at it for a while before throwing another rock into them.  Yet again, he was met with an echo. Tony walked over to the bushes cautiously. For all he knew, there was some rapid animal behind this bush. He pushed the bush aside and was met with a dark empty cave tunnelling into the mountain.

"What the hell" Tony whispered to himself. He turned on the flash light on his phone only to reveal that it was indeed a very long tunnel.  He knew that this was probably a bad idea but he was too curious not to go in.  He took a few steps in, his foot steps echoing against the cave walls with every step.  He kept plunging deeper and deeper until finally there was a fork in the road.

There were too paths, one to Tony's left and one to his right. The left path went deeper into the ground where as the right path went up higher into the mountain. Tony was about to take the right path but when he got close to it, he realized that not only were there chains hanging from the ceiling, but the walls also happened to be laced with chains as well.

"Nope." Tony fretted as he turned and walked down the left path.  Tony was very weary of where he was putting his feet. He didn't want to slip and fall down...again.

After a while, Tony wasn't walking down anymore.  He wasn't in a long narrow area anymore either, the cave seemed to have opened up a lot more. Walked around more and as he walked, he noticed that there were a variety of different objects on the floor. There were dusty old books,  broken glasses, there were even a few toys here and there. He took a couple of pictures and continued his exploration.

While exploring, Tony started to notice a foul smell in the air. He kept walking anyway and eventually came up on a wall. Tony examined a little and found that they were so smooth, no ridges, no cracks, nothing. It was all just perfect as if someone or something had made it. He kept tracing the wall, amazed at its perfection, and as he did the smell got worse. Tony eventually put his nose in his hoodie.

It wasn't long before he came up on another opening in the wall. It wasn't the same one he had entered from and he knew it. He decided that he was this far in, might as well keep exploring. As he entered the new area, the smell became unbearable. Tony was now also plugging his nose while holding his hoodie to it.  Tony rounded the corner and was mortified at what he saw.

Bodies. The horrible smell was rotting, human, bodies piled up one after the other. Body after body after body after body. Most of them were beyond recognizable.  Some had their heads removed while others had their skin peeled off completely revealing a bloody mess of nerves and muscles.  Some of them had their teeth removed and shoved into their chest. You could see a few sticking out and some were lodged in there pretty deep.

Next to the bodies there was a bloody pile of what Tony guessed to be human flesh and bone. Some of the bodies must have been torn apart completely.

"What the fuck...." Tony trailed off.  He took a few step only to realize he stepped in something wet. Tony looked down to see that he had stepped in the chest of what looked like to be a little girl no older then 5.

Tony was ready to throw up. He took pictures for evidence of what he saw and slowly took his foot out of the young girl, his shoe now stained red.he started running for the exit. He traced the wall again, trying to find where he came in.

That's when Tony heard something move in the dark.
