A Perfect World...?

5-Internal Realization

              They left me to talk about me and to be honest, I don't mind because everything feels like a dream but at the same time it's not. As much as I hate to admit it, I am stuck in a place I don't know about and I don't know if I can even return.

"Do you even want to return?" That voice in my head keeps asking a question I don't know how to answer, if you asked why I am believing it so easily it's because I cannot bring myself not the way they talk, the way they look and the way act is very different. This place could be my chance for a new life, I might be able to find a new job here, a permanent one

"Can you even fit in?" Different cultures and I might not have the qualifications as I don't live here, I am supposed to exist here but here I am. I am not a creature, I don't have the same capabilities as them, where I am freezing, they look like they are sweating, bate he look like he could kill me with a snap, Tim looks like he will put me in an observatory, and inspect me, Gir looks like he wants to play, and Lav looks like she could not care less.

"How sure are you that they would not throw you out" Fuck I don't even have a place to stay, while they look like they would let me stay I feel they would ask for something in exchange, something I don't have because I don't even think I brought anything with me and even if I did, I don't have anything to give. Fuck what a mess this is. I don't even know what their culture is, I don't even know anything about this place how would I freaking survive.

"MONEY" Something I lack in my world, something I do not have here and while I do not know what the currency in this world is, it is safe to assume that they would have their own currency. I have two options, first I'll leave as soon as I can and try to survive on my own or I can go and stay until they kick me out, in that span of time I might be able to collect more information so that I can survive, and I can live in this world. This is not how I wanted my day to end, finding myself trapped in another realm with no way out, didn't reach my dream circumstances. I was shaken out of my thoughts when something rough touched my shoulder.

"Who are you?" He asked me, his skin is a shade darker than Gir

"I repeat who are you?" he then took out a sword and placed it directly at my throat,

"WOAH WOAH WOAH calm down" Gir suddenly appeared and removed his hands.

"Jake, I thought I told you to wait for me at the door" So his name is Jake

"I was about to; however, I saw someone inside and you told me that you and the rest were at the kitchen." He spoke

"Never mind, Jake this is Zoe, Zoe this is Jake he's my younger brother." He introduced the two of us, I was still shaken so I was only able to grant a small smile.

"Now Jake, I want you to apologize, it looks like you scared the dam out of her." He was about to protest but Gir gave him a look that said "No excuses"

"Fine, Miss Zoe I hereby apologize for my intrusive actions earlier, I hope you will be able to put the issue at rest and let us not speak about it anymore," he said and I was able to reply just one word

"Okay"

"Get in I'll explain everything to you inside, Zoe I do apologize for disturbing you, if you have any concerns or you need anything kindly call Hosy" and with that, the both of them left.
